Had a very good first experience with this car wash, and when I was vacuuming, I got greeted by a gentleman named George, who helped me with a couple of tips with the vacuuming and help me get a lot of of the dead bugs on the front of my car off. Would highly recommend!!!

Back end of car not clean, tire dressing application leaves rims dirty and very inconsistent finish on tires, if not completely dry. Been through this wash numerous times and they should address those areas.

A long story short I went to get a car wash to clean my car out and I had the key turned over so my battery went dead. They came out and asked me if I was OK and if I needed any help. I told him the issue and When I say they went above and beyond is an understatement. At this time it was past closing and nobody was there so they could’ve very well just went home and all three of them tried all different ways to try to get it to start and to find out if that was even the issue. I know it was at least an hour they stayed to help. So service 10/10 And definitely recommend ! They were all nice and not to mention good looking lol Thanks guys!!

I always have a positive experience when I come here! The state of the art touchless car wash is efficient and always has my car looking great! The vacuums are very strong...And the vacuuming area is very safe, too. Mr. Love the manager is always willing to help customers with any problems or concerns that they may have and he will let us know about special deals and sale promotions! The monthly unlimited washes pay for themselves in one or two visits. Good place to be!

This is my car wash home 💯 I’ve tried Zippys, Kwik trip, and another one that I don’t remember the name since I’ve moved here from Illinois, and this is the one that checks the boxes for me with multiple locations, great staff, quality up kept equipment, and a safe atmosphere. I’m a neat freak, plus I drive for Uber so having a good car wash plan is a MUST, and MISTER CAR WASH fulfills that MUST HAVE for me

ANTONIO IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AS THE GENERAL MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION!! I accidentally vacuumed my key fob while vacuuming and he found it for me within seconds. He was extremely accommodating and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Also, my car wash was excellent!

I put in a complaint because I noticed 3 scratches on the roof of my car after coming out of the car wash. The young lady there took pictures and said someone will get back to me. I had a miss call from the location and I called back immediately and no one answered. I’ve left several voicemails and emails and still no response. I need to hear back from someone. You guys are quick to charge my card every month but no response to my claim. I know those scratches were NOT there previously because I hand washed my car 2 weeks prior to this incident and I would’ve definitely noticed them. I would really appreciate a response I been going to this location for a long time and have been a member for about 2yrs

Great service, helpful and goes above and beyond. Especially Diego, he helped me get a coin that was stuck in my car charger import. Grabbed tools and tried for a couple minutes. He eventually got it out and was just in general very nice and helpful. Great service thank you

Mister Car Wash is probably one of the best car wash companies that I ran across. Everyone there is really nice and greet you as you come in to the car wash. I like to do a special shout out for an employee there by the name of George who was very friendly and hard worker from what I can tell while I was there.

I am very disappointed with my experience at the Mister Car Wash located at 2260 Miller Park Way in Milwaukee. Today, while going through the car wash, the attendant directing vehicles placed my car too close to the vehicle in front of me. As a result, my car made contact and my license plate was bent and pushed into the bumper. The other vehicle was not damaged, but mine was. I immediately reported this to an employee, but instead of receiving help, I was treated rudely and told that the car wash “does not cover this,” without even offering to file an incident report. I have photos showing the damage and this clearly happened inside the car wash due to improper vehicle spacing. I hope management takes responsibility and improves how situations like this are handled. I expected better customer service and accountability.

I have been using your service with my 2015 Nissan frontier that I purchased in 2014 I’ve been going through your car washes almost every day for the last 11 years The picture was taken in 2024 in the summertime sometime so at this point, the pictures is a little over a year old. I go mainly to the location in West Milwaukee on millerpark way (43rd) and Lincoln 👍👍👍

This car wash company did an excellent job, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was efficient, professional, and friendly, especially Diego, who went above and beyond to help me pay for my service. It was freezing cold but he still attended me! Just Wow. As soon as I drove in they were very kind and helpful in choosing a car wash. Their formality was very aesthetic and the environment of the place was nice. Shout out to Jovian who helped me decide my car wash and had me leaving there with a smile on my face. I highly recommend this place as they have good costumer service and even free vacuums at the end of the wash. Appreciate the welcoming energy. Definitely will be coming back.
