The customer service representative do not listen to the consumer. I went to get a wash and didn't know my bill was due. She never said anything. But she charged my card. I didn't know until I got home. I just paid it two weeks prior.

paid 28 dollars to get the titanium wash but after I got home I notice I still had debris and salt left over. I was supposed to get the wax and all the other goodies but seems like I was provided with just the basic wash. How I know because I went in the day before with a different car with basic wash and today I wanted the titanium wash both seem the same, No different whatsoever super pissed.

This location is new, And already NO WORKING VACS! Every garbage 🗑 can were over flooded with garbage. I've visited almost every Mister CarWash; But this one here is the FILTHIEST! Not coming Back. I'll keep going elsewhere. PLEASE KEEP IT CLEAN!

This car wash is just okay. I switched over from scrub a dub because mister is the only car wash that provides hot wax shine. The free vacuums are nice, however the wash is underwhelming. The spray cycle doesn’t fully get the soap off the car. The dryers are also under powered and leave my car mostly wet after a wash. This was never an issue at the scrub a dub location. I haven’t tried other mister car wash locations but this review is for the good hope location specifically. For the unlimited top package ($39 / month) it is not worth the price. I will be switching back to the scrub a dub top package ($29 / month) as I think I get a better wash there.

Great service ! I just finished off roading and the manager let me know I may need go through twice and that he will take of it if everything doesn’t come off the 1st run through. Sure enough he was right and they made sure my car was clean before I left. My vehicle looked brand new rolling out of there. Excellent service 👍🏽

We got stuck in the machine. I was treated very poorly by the same man who tried to sale me their products. Just ridiculous!! Then to take my card and be gone 7 minutes is crazy

I am so glad that they fixed the vacuums! The wash Quality is the best out in the region and yet they have least amount of equipment than any site in the region! This location taught me that it’s not about the Quantity, it’s about the Quality! Best customer service than any other location yet alone car wash that I have experienced in several years. Y’all better stop playing and get y’all a membership! I get $176 worth of washes for like $33, and sometimes more now that I’m and lyft driver!

Great wash every time!!!! I opted for the premium package where I get unlimited washes for $31 a month including taxes. I can wash my car as many times as I would like. I also vacuum my car for free before my wash. I have to hand dry my car after but I just pull over and quickly wipe it down. I think the package is so worth it living in Wisconsin. Try it and see for yourself.🤷🏾♀️

When I visit the Greenfield location, the quality of the wash and overall customer experience are consistently excellent. Unfortunately, this location does not come close to delivering the same results. The wash quality is noticeably inferior, and my vehicle does not receive the same level of shine or cleanliness. In addition, the facility itself appears run down, and the customer service experience has been disappointing. Many times, employees seem disengaged, with little interaction, no visible enthusiasm, and minimal customer acknowledgment. In contrast, the Greenfield staff are consistently friendly, smiling, and welcoming, which makes me want to return. This location is the closest to my home, so I would prefer to continue using it. However, without significant improvements to both the wash process and customer service, I will likely consider switching to a different car wash brand altogether.

Broke my antenna off my truck. Filed a incident report, to no avail. No one answers the Corporate phone. The Manager didn't file the incident report until after 72 hours. They are supposed to respond in 72 hours. It's been a month! No one has said anything. Boycott this ghetto car wash.

This car wash does not do a pre soak before the wash and it feels like it is quick wash then an other car wash is have used. It’s about 1:30 for the whole car wash. Not much moving brush or wipes. See the video your self but I feel like the price does not correlate the wash.
