Ok, had to see what everyone was crying about. Took my truck there today, got the Titanium and spent $30 plus "tip".... Not sure who I tipped because no one was there to wipe it down afterwards. I got home and it's still filthy. So save your money, your pride and go elsewhere. Heck, they had 2 people trying to sell monthly services, and none to ensure quality control. They have had long enough to fix these issues, It's clear Management doesn't care.

It's OK for a quick wash. We call it the McDonald's of Car Washes. Car comes out VERY wet. No personal touches like a person to quickly towel wipe your car after wash, or a free air freshener like other washes. Vacuums at times are very busy, and by people who aren't getting a wash! Saw a high top van vacuuming, and throwing out trash. There's no way that van would make the height clearance! So I could not vacuum my car that day. This happens often and employees are oblivious to it.

The attendant was very nice. Did her job well. I opted for the 23 wash which included tire shine. When all was said and done, my tires looked as if they were never even touched with water. No shine, looked all dirty still. My hood was streaked . If I had time I would have done it myself at home. I would recommend another car wash or doing it your self.

I went to this car wash today the service was so good I thought I had to leave a review the employee that helped me his name was Zavier and he helped me get my car lined up and he was super nice. I have never seen my Tesla this clean before the wash was spectacular I will be returning to this car wash

This location is OK. I think it was a little bit better before. They used to pre-wash your car and then dry your car afterwards but that is all gone. I do use the vacuum from time to time because they are free with a wash. I don’t understand the middle part of the car wash that always seems to be empty. Not sure what the idea was there.

During my visit to Mister Car Wash in St. Cloud, the employee guiding vehicles into the tunnel gave instructions on how to align my car. We followed her directions, and once the vehicle was on track, we heard a loud noise and immediately noticed an issue. Shortly after, a low tire pressure warning appeared. The manager stated the valve stem was broken and claimed it was due to an aftermarket valve stem cap. His only suggestion was for me to drive quickly to a tire shop before the tire lost all air. The valve stem was completely destroyed and the tire was completely flat when we came out of the other side of the car wash. I was very dissatisfied with how this was handled. The damage occurred while following staff instructions inside your facility, yet no assistance or responsibility was taken

This used to be a great place to take your vehicle for a quick wash. What happened as time went by is unclear. What it is very clear to me is that if you dont pay attention, they will charge you for what you asked but you won't get what you paid for. I took my dad's SUV for a quick wash with underbody rinse, bug spray and tire shine. I specifically asked the attendant if they would hose the fenders as part of the underbody rinse and remove the bugs from the grill before the vehicle enters the tunnel. She replied: "of course." When I got to the tunnel, the asked me to aling with the drive-belt or drive -channel and place the vehicle in neutral. And so I did thinking that they'd align the vehicle first, do their thing and then start the machine.... Nooooo they align the vehicle and the car started moving forward so fast that couldn't ask anything at all. To make matters worst, the machine missed so many spots that I had to get the manager over to show them... after 5 minutes arguing back and forth, they offer to run the vehicle again through the tunnel but I was so mad Ithat I took off and never went back.

I mean, this is more do it yourself. They don't provide any additional services or suppliers. Just regular vacuum, and and that's it. There's nothing extraordinary about mister car wash. i Give it a 5 star because there was a girl over there. That was super nice to me. I don't know her name, but she's amazing.
