Went for car was there blower took out the whole rubber from roof and vacuums broken wipers in the blower dancing it’s too strong not just my car the car before me lost the whole big piece from the roof at the back I would not recommend this place specially for sedans bad experience not going there back again although I got a refund back after waiting 40 minutes but will have to get this rubber adjusted for a lot of money.Instead of apologising the employee is trying to cover her back she was telling me the rubber that came out the whole thing on top of cat from one side it must be loose before u got here she was trying to convince me and justifying that it was not the car wash blower that has a problem I have been using car washes for 30 years never had this kind of experience before

This carwash is simply amazing from the service, the wash and the vacuums. It is all great, the staff is so friendly and helpful especially brenden. he came running over to serve me and his service was exceptional. He helped me choose the best wash to get my car squeaky clean. Their titanium wash gets my car sparkly like no other. Their vacuums are also amazing making it a quick and efficient process. Thank you brenden and everyone at mister car wash.

Mister car wash locations are very good places to get your cars washed and etc. This location is a decent place also, but PLEASE, PLEASE update your vacuums/vacuuming system. Get a new unit or something because these vacuums don't do their job. It barely sucks out the dirt in the cars, every other location has very powerful vacuums except this one. I pay a monthly membership and I'll keep coming back but please do us customers that favor.

If I could give 0 I would the staff is rude and needs to be fired and replace especially the African American one he had a attitude the whole time and was a jerk just shut down if you don’t want to come to work

Double charged me for a year, when I cought it they refused to refund me the money they stole. This happened after one of their employees took an old sticker off my window after a windshield replacement and told me the old sticker and account would be deactivated. Apparently the employee took the sticker and used it for a year

The staff is always pleasant, helpful and professional! They keep the machines in order because I come here weekly and have never experienced any problems/issues-not even with the vacuum cleaning area. I love this car wash better than the others I’ve experienced. A manager is always in duty and leans a helping hand if needed. Keep up the superb service.

The staff is fantastic love the vacuum and all. The only thing is every time I come it's a half wash. The spin brush never comes down to wash the hood and front windshield and its every time I visit this location.

I have the premium unlimited wash subscription and frequent many different Mister Carwash locations. Although the amenities are mostly identical the customer service here is bar-none TOP TEIR.. Ivan and his staff take a personal interest in providing a superior level of constant quality for all of your car care needs. Mister Car Wash is a great place to get your car washed. I got the package that allows me to just go right through takes about 5 minutes. Then I'm able to go around and vacuum blow off all the excess water in the crevices and I'm on my way. It's in a convenient location as well.

My truck came out super clean! I got the titanium package membership and after using it for a few days there is a huge difference, especially with my tires and clear coat! Employees are always friendly and The only issue I ever had the management team took care of it professionally. Even though there’s no spray for windows They do have an option to buy a towel which for two dollars I was surprised that the quality of the towel was really good. Definitely worth it.
