The first and the last time I will ever go to this car wash. Please don’t go here. This car wash does not offer towels for you to dry off your car and they do not have cleaning solutions for you to clean the inside of your car. If you go to waters car wash, they give you all of this free of charge no extra cost to you. Then when you try to find a team member to come help you, there’s nobody around! Very bad customer service and rhese are the same people that try to convince me to sign up for a monthly membership. What a joke! I tell you this is my first time coming here and my last. I will return back to waters car wash in a heartbeat. Now I get to leave with my car still wet and I have to wash it again to get rid of all those stains!

This place practice coercive up selling tactics. They overcharge to spray some soap on your car for 30 second, nothing get clean. Everything else is behind a paid upgrade and they'll try baiting you into theirs of memberships subscriptions. Disappointed

Good car wash that gets your car looking clean quickly. We chose option #1 (~$18) for the wash and it did a pretty good job at getting the car cleaned up. Although a bit faster than I’m used to and it didn’t dry the outside so well, it did leave the car looking spotless. There are also vacuums available for after the wash to get the inside of your car cleaned up. 2 nozzle types for proper floor vacuum and a narrow one for between the seats and corners.

I have been coming to this location for months without any problems. Sometimes I go in multiple times back to back to get a good wash. On my second attempt, I would spray the dry wax substance on my vehicle to give it this glossy polish look. Today this rough neck woman is going to tell me to whip it off because she doesn't know what reaction it's going to have on the car. Some people swear they are smart when in reality they are dumb. Once you spray it on, only water will take it off not a napkin or a towel. I swear she wanted me to damage my car paint by asking me to whip it off hoping it would have ruined the finish, which is only smearing the product all over the car instead. Common sense isn't so common anymore. Just loud, aggressive and hateful for no reason. How about you worry more about figuring out ways for the equipments not to scratch up people's cars, silly rabbit

Staff was super friendly, Carlos helped me decide what wash would be best for my truck. Cameron the general manager there was helpful and taught me how to make sure my auto hold and auto brake were off before going through. Will be coming back!

The worst management ever!! I have a new car and member since 3 years and this first time in my life happened with car wash, their machine broke my right mirror, which is before I go inside my car with completely fine and I have photo and video by time by everything proof that the mirror broke inside the car wash!!! After the manager did the incident for days ago I’m calling every day they denied my request and denied even also to show me the video proof they right!!! I’m really so upset and I wish someone above the manager call me

Was visiting town and went for a quick wash. The attendant was careful to make sure I got what I needed done, however, the car wash itself damaged my car significantly. I am flabbergasted at the scratches all on my driver side of the car. Super upset. $18 wash turns into a $$$ repair on top now

One price... unlimited visits. You pay a monthly fee and then you can have your car washed/waxed as many times as you like in a day...every single day! You can cancel anytime, still finish out the month...but cancel at least 7 days before next billing period. My truck looks beautiful!

Absolutely the worst establishment I’ve ever been to; the manager, Ryan, is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. He’s very argumentative, rude, and extremely aggressive. Today, while visiting this location, I paid $20 for a car wash after driving through it. I noticed that my car was still extremely dirty after parking to vacuum. I realize that the vacuums didn’t work. There were about seven other people also complaining about the vacuums not working. The sweet lady attendant at the gate informed us that the issue isn’t the vacuums but a bigger problem with the motors, stating that only 2 people can vacuum at a time. After asking to speak with a manager I explained to him the issue that I was having with the vacuums, as well as with my vehicle not being cleaned. Ryan became extremely irate and unprofessional, so much so that another customer had to step in to try to calm Ryan down. I asked for a refund so I can go somewhere that I can get a complete service including vacuuming. Ryan stated that vacuums are free and I would not receive a refund.. this establishment is a total rip-off off a complete joke. I asked for the corporation‘s number so I could file a complaint. Ryan stated that he had a coupon for me to go 2 the Millennium location, but now I wasn’t getting any. Worst representation ever. This encounter really has me shaking up. I have never been so disrespected as a paying customer. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

In the beginning it was !!! good because before when I enter my car . they spray front my car before I start moving inside the clining machine Now after while no spray sometimes no color soap and my car still dirty Last week they closed without notice I go to another place to clean my car So why I pay for no service ??????
