Compared to their other locations nearby this is in need of some TLC. The air hoses don’t work on half of stations. No floor mat holders, not a trash can on every stall. Vacuum suction was on point and wash was efficient. Will be going to other locations moving forward.

I'm a member for this car wash. I had a minor issue happen. Dylan immediately spotted that I seemed concerned with something and rushed over to help me out. Came out with some clean towels and cleaners and helped me out. I really appreciate his attention to detail and concern for customer satisfaction! Made my experience great. He gave it a mom and pop shop feel to a big company. Thank you.

Decent car wash. Not very good on the drying. No free detailing rags. Tire shine was unimpressive. No window wash squirt bottle. Vacumn hoses seemed a little short. Regular size Expedition got the $14 Base Plus wash. Could slow conveyor down for a slightly better wash.

Great car 🚘 wash never had an issue: Too very friendly, helpful associates 👋👋. I also have free vacuums where you can clean your vehicle 👌 This is the kind of place I can continue to come back. I feel they really care about my tires and my body paint and my mats. 🎯

I came to this car wash to find the best membership around and I was fortunate enough to meet a gentleman named “Jonathan” that helped me through this process. What I enjoy about this car wash is that I am able to come UNLIMITED times a day to get a wash unlike other car washes that advertise “unlimited” but in reality are limited. I totally recommend this spot. Professionalism at its best.

Wash badly scratches my 2 day old car and said they couldn’t have done it and when I asked them to pull cameras they said a gm would contact me within 3 days a week later no call and scratches down the whole side of my new car. Have been a wash member with them for a year means nothing apparently. Wouldn’t reccomend. Update 5/19- do not believe their reply they never even responded to the email I sent to that email address. Liars trying to save face publicly.

I have visited a lot of Mr. car wash locations. This one is very nice and as always they do a great job. I like how they have extra vacuum stations at this location. The people who work here seem really nice.

This car wash is mediocre at best ! It’s too expensive for what they offer. $14 for a basic wash and then they had the nerve to ask for a tip ??!! And they aren’t even doing anything but asked for a tip?? They offer no window cleaner, no detail rags and the vacuum cleaners are shaped where it can’t reach hard to reach areas in your car. I’ve paid less and gotten more. I will drive 10 Minutes to go to the car was on a kirkman

This is my second time to this car wash and the attendants have always been excellent as far as service. The most important thing here is the vacuums are strong, they pulled up all of the beach sand from inside of my truck. And secondly, my daughter had to go potty and the bathroom is in excellent shape, not related to the actual car wash but they maintain their facilities very well which shows pride.

Scammed me when I cancelled in person. Turns out they did not cancel, and I caught it after several months of still charging me. I called and they only refunded one month. Horrible. They even admitted I had not used the car wash in the past 8 months.

I feel like I found a home with this store, the best staff out of every car wash I have ever been to. If this staff moved elsewhere, I would leave with them. I drive 19min to wash here and there are other stores closer but this is my happy place. There are so many competitors in this area and this store will always place so high on my list. More people need to wash here!

I have been cleaning my cars with these guys for years. I currently have 15 subscriptions with them. The carwash machine ripped my wiper blade off. I reported it and they said I have to wait 5-6 days for a manager to review the video and make a decision whether of they will be covering the part or not. I offer to by the part and be reimbursed, they said they cannot do that. It's raining everyday in Florida, am I supposed to not drive my car until then? This is ridiculous

Always good to find Mister when we traveling in Florida. Quick visit to Orlando and found one along the way. Attendants always provide exceptional service as you enter car wash. We’ve been customers for a bit and never ran into non working vacuums. I tried two and looked towards attendants but could not get them to see me. Guess got pay more attention or communicate if vacuums down.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Mister Car Wash. When I signed up, the location advertised free vacuums and amenities, but the vacuums were broken, and there were no free towels or cleaning supplies. For what they charge, this is unacceptable. There are several car washes nearby that offer working vacuums, free towels, cleaners, and even dog treats. I also had a frustrating experience with customer service. Based on an email, I believed I would receive a full refund, but after calling support, I was only offered a partial refund. Now I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank, which shouldn’t be necessary. On top of that, this company has a history of racial discrimination and previously paid a six-figure settlement over failing to promote Black employees. That is disturbing. It’s a car wash — how do you even find a way to be racist? I don’t want a single penny of my money going to a company with that kind of past. Overall, I feel misled and let down. The service does not match the price, and I will not be returning.

I have been a member for over a year now. I've gone 4wheeling in my truck & run it right through the wash when I'm done. My vehicle comes out clean all the time. I'm happy to have a reliable car wash place that meets my needs. As for scratches I'm not sure if I would notice. I've gone through narrow trails in my truck, I couldn't tell you what scratches came from what but no parts of my vehicle has ever fallen off in this car wash like I've read on some of the reviews. Sometimes, the rotator wipe deep cleans so well it flips my driver review mirror back. I just flip it back to where is belongs afterwards & zero problems. I am happy coming here. Staff always looks happy as well.

Jonathan and Jorge truly set the standard for great service—both were professional, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of while even pointing out several worthwhile promotions. The location itself is impressively spacious, creating a calm atmosphere without the chaos of heavy traffic, and everything was exceptionally clean. The vacuums worked flawlessly, pulling up every bit of residue, and by the time I finished, my car looked refreshed and nearly brand new.
