I didn't know they don't take cash, which is crazy not everyone uses plastic so cash people get dirty cars lol, but this wonderful young man named Khai gave me a car wash and even bought me a towel. What a refreshing things to experience when life is so crappy. Thank you Khai and mr. carwash for your kindness and finding an employee that is not only pleasant but understanding and giving to someone who isn't plastic.

Been washing my truck here for past 3 years in a row never had any issue until my CC got stolen so I had to replace it while I was outside the country came back to wash my truck their employee Patricia did not let me go through car wash since I didn’t had my CC on me and she made back up my truck in front of everyone so humiliating will NEVER came here again and will tell all my family members to avoid this car wash.

Very disappointed. I have gone to mister car wash for a long time now. Always been happy. But I had an issue that the wash was pulling my license plate off. This happened three times and happened when I bought a new frame. Also happened to my boyfriend’s car. I sent a message that something needs to be adjusted on their machine. I got no response. Nothing was done to fix the problem. I won’t be going back.

Staff is always friendly. Grounds are clean and tidy. There is only one downside… it is not easy to see when traffic is clear to safely exit due to multiple vehicles parked in front of neighboring businesses on State St.

All of the employees were kind and friendly and they always are! Anytime I need help with something they are always there to help! The facility is always so clean and I never worry about my car being damaged in the tunnel. All in all, this Mister Car Wash location is fantastic in South Salt Lake

It's really annoying when you come to the car wash and it's only 5:42pm when you pull in and they are completely closed with nobody in sight. I understand that it says they close at 6:00 but if you close earlier then maybe you should fix that, on Google maps and especially on your front door. Also if you close down early you should let all your customers know that so that way they know what they're getting into.
