I had a great experience here. On a previous visit, I noticed a couple of scratches that weren’t there before, and I really appreciate how professionally the team handled it. Steven, the general manager, went above and beyond to make things right and ensure the issue was fully resolved. The detailer, Danny, did a phenomenal job with scratch removal and polishing/buffing the affected area—my car looks fantastic. Excellent problem-solving, outstanding customer service, and a team that truly stands behind their work. Highly recommended!

I had such a fantastic experience at Mint Eco Car Wash last week. I was honestly blown away by their attention to detail and commitment to making their customers happy. The customer service was phenomenal! David was the first person I spoke to, and he was absolutely great. Then, Garrett and Mary took over, and they were both incredibly friendly and attentive. I really appreciated that they took the time to walk me through the wash options without any pressure, genuinely seeming to care that I got exactly what I needed. But the real star of the show was the detailing! Kenley was the main detailer on my car, and his work ethic is clearly top notch. I watched him treat my car with such meticulous care! The results speak for themselves: my car hasn't looked this clean since the day I got it. The exterior finish is absolutely sparkling, and the interior is flawlessly detailed. It's so refreshing to find a team that combines such high quality work with truly genuine and warm customer interaction. If you want outstanding results and a staff that goes above and beyond (David, Garrett, Mary, and Kenley are amazing!), I can't recommend this location highly enough.

This place is great—I just renewed my membership on my Tacoma. David J and Jason provided excellent customer service, clearly walking me through every step of which wash made the most sense for me. I’ve been coming here for years and their staff is always great, but these two gentlemen took it to the next level of detail. I truly felt appreciated as a customer and I’m happy with the value I’m receiving for my monthly payment. The truck looks great after its first wash!

Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I ever had. I was coming in just to get a basic exterior wash and interior clean, but ended up leaving with a membership and an added free hand wax just for signing up! The staff was super friendly and kind from the first person I encountered, to the last person I encountered. The whole establishment was clean and smelled amazing! The outdoor and indoor waiting areas were beautiful and the complimentary water and coffee was the icing on the cake! Definitely glad I decided to come here based off a friend’s recommendation and advise everyone else to do the same!

Yesterday, Thursday, January 15, I brought my car to MintEco Car Wash for a hand wash, and I had an absolutely exceptional experience thanks to Danny. From the moment he started, Danny was thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain that he actually went to school for this type of work, and it truly shows. My car has special paint that many people assume is a wrap—but it’s not—and Danny immediately knew exactly how to treat it properly and safely. That level of expertise gave me total confidence. I drive frequently on I-95, so my windshield and front end were covered with bugs and even bird droppings. Danny didn’t miss a thing—he immediately addressed all of it with care and precision. When he was done, my AMG looked absolutely stunning, like showroom quality. I couldn’t be more impressed. Today I went to the Golden Lakes Blvd. Mint Eco Car Wash. I had my car detailed in and out. Luis was the person that detailed my car and he did an amazing job. Luis made my 9 year old Honda look just like new. The entire Eco Team at this location is outstanding. The waiting lounge is so convenient and comfortable. I was offered chilled water and coffee. Been a member there for 2 years. My last 2 visits at the Royal Palm location, the hand wash has knocked off the “t” in turbo emblem on the sides of my car, and most recently the emblem from the wheel. Mercedes is charging me to replace these and no one will pick up the phone to resolve this. Both times the hand washer has admitted to doing this and placed the emblems in plastic bags for me. They got a new woman about a month ago from another location for the hand washes and since then damage to my car has been done. I have a matte black car so it needs a hand wash so I can’t continue my Membership here if this isn’t resolved. I left a voicemail, please call me back Update 11/8/25 - changed review from 1 star to 3 stars because they reached out and offered to help resolve. I didn’t accept because my dealership took care of it, still an inconvenience to deal with though. They gave me 2 free months of membership for my troubles.

This car wash is so nice that after your first wash, you'll want to buy the membership. They include a manual pre-wash (performed by employee), and manual towel drying (performed by employees). If that wasn't enough they also include free vacuums and compressed air that you can use to detail the car afterwards. Simply amazing! A+

From check-in to check-out I ( and more importantly my car) was treated like a queen. Garrett was quick and efficient and helped me get exactly what I wanted at a discounted price. Steven the manager personally went over my car before I left to make sure it met his standards. And the super star is Danny. He actually worked on my car with love, you feel me? I pulled up to The Mint Eco location on Golden Lakes Blvd. At approximately 4:15 PM on a Saturday Afternoon.... expecting my usual exterior wash and HOPING that they had time to do an interior vacuum and run down. When I was informed that there was less than five minutes of waiting time for a basic interior service...I QUICKLY signed up. I asked the concierge (Carolyn) if the staff could remove a stubborn tree sap stain from my trunk lid. The young man who towel dried my car got some of the stain out.... HOWEVER...it became apparent that more rigorous measures were necessary. Carolyn was able to arrange a prompt visit to the detail shop where my car was treated with clay bar polish and a coat of wax which was handled by Kenley.... After about an hour...the car came out looking Fabulous.... except the tree sap stain 🫟 on the trunk had split into two stains. The General Manager personally took my car back into the detail shop where Kenley was able to buff out the tree sap on the trunk....as well as a couple of other lingering issues that I wasn't expecting to be addressed. The General Manager (George) the other manager on duty (Jason) and the whole crew couldn't have been more professional or courteous...if they were making a training film 🎥 for The Art Of Automotive Detailing. Needless to say.....I will be continuing to use Mint Eco for all of my automotive cleaning and detailing needs. They run a CLEAN....NEAT.... Professional First Class Operation.
