I have been with the team at Keith Cox, now Mint Automotive, for many years. I value this group not only for their depth of expertise, but also because I trust them, having consistently been treated ethically and fairly; actually they have gone "beyond the call of duty" on several occasions. Once my car developed an unexpected problem right before I was scheduled to leave on a road trip, and they literally got me in immediately, thus allowing me to keep my schedule, and avoid having to rent a car. At Mint Automotive you're more than a "cog in the machine," these folks give personalized, professional care, and they're just nice people! Nancy Eklund

Every time I’ve needed maintenance or repairs on my 2013 Audi they’ve been friendly and helpful. They offer to show me my car and parts during repairs, and talk with me about things that need immediate attention and things that could be done now or in the future. The communication is excellent. In addition, they’ve always been good at working within my schedule and getting my car in quickly. Nice guys.

Wow. Every interaction I had with Keith Cox and his associates was not only seamless but very enjoyable. To give you an idea...my partner is a total VW nut (who works on cars for fun) and the VW TDI I purchased from Keith was exactly as he said it was. Keith is very straightforward, genuine, and helpful. Additionally, he always went above and beyond. To list just a few examples: when I wanted to get my car inspected prior to purchase they drove it to the other shop for me and when my new plates arrived they attached them and even washed my car. Keith and everyone who works with him are absolutely wonderful to interact with. This was hands down the best experience you could ask for!

I was extremely impressed with the kindness and care I received when I brought my car in. A bunch of the check engine lights were going off and I was very concerned. The mechanic came out and explained everything to me so that I could understand. The quote they gave me was slightly more than what I ended up owing so they are quite accurate with their estimates. I will be bringing my car back here in the future and the rest of my families cars as well (at least the kind that they work on). 100% would recommend to a friend!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. My window got stuck all the way down and wouldn't roll back up. Called all around bellingham and everyone was fully booked out for the day, including Mint, but they offered to take a quick look at it and in less than 5 minutes the window was up and they didnt even charge me for the service. Carson is great. I will definitely be returning with any other issues and recommend everyone else do the same!

These guys are awesome! I am out of state and had them do a PPI on a vehicle I wanted to purchase. They sent me a very detailed report and made sure they answered all my questions. Highly recommend these guys. They saved me a trip out there as I would have not been pleased with my purchase by just trusting the dealership.

They have solved both easy and difficult problems for me and have provided excellent advice on the care and maintenance of my car. Were they not in Bellingham, I would not have been able to keep the car I love for as long as I have.

I'm always leery of taking my car to a shop because of the horror stories of being overcharged or the shop suggesting a bunch of things that aren't really a problem. These guys are the polar opposite of that. They listed out issues they found and told us what were really priorities and which wouldn't cause safety concerns. They were fast, reasonably priced, and extremely friendly. We came back with another vehicle and they diagnosed it for free and referred us to a transmission shop to handle it (they even drove the vehicle over and everything!)

This is a long overdue shoutout to Mint Automotive! We were visiting Bellingham after driving across our Mini across the country and had some minor issues with the tire pressure and I felt it needed an oil change. Service was quick, thorough check for any other issues, communication was excellent and no further problems with tire pressure!! My little Mini was even returned washed, which after the long drive, was sorely needed and much appreciated! Thanks guys!!

I have two BMWs which are maintained by Mint (formerly Cox). They always explain what my cars need, but often suggest continued use until maintenance is truly necessary. While their service is not inexpensive, I always feel much more confident with Mint than with the dealership.

Superlative service. Couldn’t be friendlier, more personable, and judicious with my budget. When I told them I had to wait for my car, Dan offered, “Oh, it could be a while. Let me give you a loaner.” I didn’t know that was an option! It was free! And it was cold. Dan and a tech went outside and scraped frost off the window as I got seated. As I began, superlative! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
