I miss using this carwash! I had to stop coming to have my car washed that included wheel shine wheel bright, as I was loosing the caps from my tires. The manager said she was sorry but this happens. I wish this issue would get correct, so I can come back. The other carwashes are subpar.

Got our Nissan washed and choose the ultimate wash. We paid cash and was asked if we wanted a receipt and we said no thinking why would we need to receipt. We noticed while we got out of our car that the wheels didn't get the wheel shine. I called and was told sorry no receipt all that could be done was a same day wash which did us no good and Madison the employee said sorry and I hung up. About 5 minutes later my phone rings and it said mikes car wash so I was thinking cool there going to work with us. Instead apparently Madison told I'm assuming the manager that I cussed her out and the individual who called wasn't very nice at all!!! I guess at Mikes car wash the customer isn't right. It's ok I'll start using drive and shine!!

We had a car wash here on 2.18.25 at 6:30 and the gentleman outside that sprays your car previous to the wash did a PHENOMENAL job. The car was muddy, icy and salty but he sprayed it down to the point where is face was covered with the soap solution. We tried to tip him but he refused. We were so impressed by his work ethic and dedication to the job. I’ll be coming back to become a monthly membership holder.

There was a silly incident this morning where a Tesla owner got stuck because he wasn't sure how to enact 'Car Wash' mode on his car, holding up the line for several minutes. The employees did the best they could, were very cordial and prompt and navigated everyone moving so that Mr. Tesla could reverse and leave safely, and got us all through the line. I believe the employees should be commended on keeping a cool head in the face of other customers shouting at them, and they made the best of the situation safely. Beyond the level of care shown this morning, I prefer Mike's Car Wash especially over Drive & Shine because D&S management is notorious for underpaying their employees and literally stealing cash tips that is meant for those same underpaid employees, it's a known issue with this company, so I will not go there any longer. If you're looking for a good alternative that is prompt and clean, Mike's is the way to go!

I love it! The staff are friendly and the car wash was efficient! I chose ‘works’. It’s like a new one, but the area (underbody) close to the edge was not cleaned very well.. still some mud. Overall I am satisfied.

The people here were awesome! Our tailgate on our truck fell while we were in the carwash, and we didn't realize our son had thrown his shoes in our truck bed, so one of his shoes came out and the tailgate had soap all over it still. They were nice enough to get our son's shoe AND they had us pull around and they sprayed the tailgate off so it didn't have soap all over it. We will definitely be going back there!

Kelsey didnt make sure the truck behind us was 3 rollers behind us, and they let it bash the backside of our car. Then manager Grace lied on the report form and said the customer accelerated and did it. Dishonest, go to Drive and Shine.

Normally a great experience. I had been out of town and had a lot of bug spatters on my windshield. Woke up early to swing by and get a car wash before work. I explained situation to Tristen and he did a wonderful job writing on my windshield what needed to be done. Girl working the brush and power washer used a marginally wet brush, made an ineffective swipe with the brush at the windshield and not at the rear at all. I make it through and window is still littered with bug splats. I do not have the time to go through again, without being late for work. I reach out to Mike’s via website and get what I originally thought was a human, but apparently just a form response, “you can always go right back through.”-Because we all have time to just keep running through the car wash when it wasn’t done correctly the first time. I made time in the evening to go back through and explain the situation to the girl at the front and show her my receipt. She told me ”we don’t know if you’ve driven 100 miles today.” I had to show her my pictures (so glad I took them) with the date/time stamp. Just a very disappointing experience for a normally stellar location.

Mike’s certainly isn’t what it used to be. They used to have excellent service and did a great car wash. But lately, when I request that they use the brush and double spray because of the bug juice, it’s a hit or miss whether they even do it.

Wow, Bradley may be one of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with. Ugly attitude from the second he walked up to my car. If he hates his job that much why is he doing it? I get it, he’s a child but he has a lot to learn. He seems to be an unhappy and unsatisfied child. He was rude, impatient, unprofessional, and unfriendly. He should lose his job or at least not have any face to face time with customers. I’ve heard good things about Mike’s but this was horrendous. I will never give them another cent.

Great place to get a car wash. Only sad that they don’t take Apple Pay. Wish they did 🤷🏽‍♂️ they were friendly at the check in spot. The wash was good and usually they have some sort of sale going on. It always but during the week usually.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The team here truly goes above and beyond every time I bring my car in. They don’t just run it through a machine and call it a day — they take the time to make sure every detail is spotless. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in what they do. Whether it’s scrubbing off that stubborn bug splatter or making the interior look showroom ready, they treat every car like it’s their own. I’ve been to a lot of car washes, and this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend!

We had automated car wash here , service was up to the level with friendly staff. Our car shined instantly after the wash . Only thing I felt they could improve is ,making the wash a bit longer. No scratch or damages were done . Go through their packages before selecting one you need . Definitely coming back .
