Have a brand new car. Was very apprehensive using an automatic car wash. Mikes is the only car wash I used. Went through a couple of times, when I wasn’t hand washing. Couple times not bad. I would pull over to the side and dry and inspect after each time. Then it happened. Swirl scratches in the clear coat. 100% that they were caused by the wash process. Filled out the proper paperwork and within a couple of days received a letter back. “The swirl scratches in your clear coat are not consistent with our process.” I wonder how many people out there get the exact same letter. As I stated. If I didn’t hand wash I took it through the exact same car wash. The scratches on my car were indeed a result of Mikes Carwash. Buyer beware especially if you have a new vehicle. Going to have to get my car buffed out now and will never return to Mikes.

I first came here when they were holding a free ultimate wash & fundraiser in late January. I got a great first impression from this visit. Despite the fact that they were extremely busy (cars lined up down to the corner of Kemper and Loveland Madeira), they handled customers efficiently. The employees remained upbeat and welcoming even with dozens of cars lined up. I've seen worse at businesses that weren't half as busy. The wash itself was good too. My only complaint is that the tire shine and wheel bright wasn't applied correctly. The spinning brush only properly cleaned the wheels on one side. On the other side, one wheel was half-cleaned, and the other was practically untouched. This is probably not a common occurrence; I'll be returning to this location and I don't expect to have the problem again. EDIT: I did experience the issue a couple more times, even after a couple months. I contacted their customer support and received a free rewash. Since then, I've gotten consistent, complete tire shine application every time.

Just had my new car washed for the first time through this car wash and my car now has hairline scratches all over it. This is completely unacceptable. Do not bring your new car to this car wash.

Ultimate car wash left dirt on the hood, scuffs on the sides, marks and paw prints on all windows and spots on the rear window and rear view mirrors. But the tires look great.

The last 3 times I’ve brought my car here to be washed this car wash has left streaks and spots all over my car, including the sides, side mirrors, windows, etc. It pushes you through the air dryers so fast it doesn’t even get the water off of the windshield and most other parts of your car. Their basic wash is more expensive than most other places and less valuable. The one upside to this car wash is the abundance of space on the lot to maneuver and vacuum your vehicle, but other than that it seems they’re doing a disservice to their customers with the quality of their washes.

Today's wash didn't go well I gotvhome and the Ford emblem was missing from my f150 tailgate. I called and they found it in the carwash where it was tore off. Other than that and some black spots on the side from the tire shine the was was good. My truck only has 16,000 miles on it we shall see what they do.

Each location has its strong points as far as the washers go Loveland is the best!! They also include with the unlimited plan you get free vacuum. This isn't offered at all at any other locations

Went here a while back with my truck and they said it would be okay if I took my truck through the car wash. Apparently that wasn’t the case. To my surprise, I came out the other end and my third brake light was ripped off and the wires were torn. I’ve contacted support about this but have had no luck. All they said to me was that it was aftermarket when it was just a tint that I had installed on the third brake light to make it look that way. I have been going here for years and most likely spent thousands on washes. Now I’ll go to a touch less wash where you don’t leave with paint swirls and scratches from the dirt on previous cars.

Hey guess what; If you don't have a wireless 'tap' feature on your credit or debit card you can no longer use their vacuums. This makes me so angry it's difficult to type out. They are STILL having issues with leaving cloudy water all over people's cars and now recently they updated their vacuums to wirelss tap only. Very few of the population have this on their cards that's why no other business exclusively requires the wireless cards to buy services and/or products.

I went back a couple weeks ago to get a car wash for my 2017 Jeep Trailhawk I just purchased it only 29,000 miles on it like brand new inside and out. Well the car wash ripped off a fender in the back I reported it. They sent me a letter and said it had to be my vehicle that was damaged before. No damages to my vehicle per Carfax when I purchased it 2 months ago. They will do nothing to get it fixed !

On two different occasions I paid for vacuum and it wasn’t working. They gave me a voucher and I moved to a different vacuum with the same issue. This has happens on two different visits. Equipment maintenance seems to be an issue.

Ice doesn’t get washed away, scratched my rims and told me there were no more complaints despite there being similar complaints on yelp. They didn’t do anything to solve the problem, customer service isn’t good

Not worth the money, especially if your car is actually dirty. I had salt build up from a road trip through snowy roads. After the first wash it wasn't clean. They let me go through again and it still wasn't clean. I wasnt about to drive back a third time.

Do not go here! Every time I went to Mike's my car was covered in white streaks. The final time I went, l paid for the Ultimate + Ceramic (thought maybe I'd get a better result with the top of the line wash). NOPE. Still left covered in backwash. Had to finished cleaning it at home. When I pay my hard earned money for a car wash? I don't think I'm being unreasonable in expecting that my car actually get washed!! Avoid this business if you value your dollar's worth.

Way overpriced to not even get my car clean or include vacuums! I've never been to a car wash before that doesn't include vacuums in their pricing! Ridiculous. First time going there and I won't be returning. If I'm paying 20 bucks, my car should be clean.

Spots.. don’t know if it’s the water or what but paid for the best wash they had. Rims stayed dirty and spots everywhere
