Benji was very attentive and all around more than employee that made me feel like a customer. This guy made me feel like we were boys and that’s hard to find in customer service! I tell him every time I bro g my truck here man they need to put you in front of people cause you would kill it in sales! Hopefully his superior sees this his hard work cause at this point im surprised this young man hasn’t been put in the right position!!! Keep it up benji!!!

Depends on the day whether you receive a decent wash and today, was not that day. Never get the bugs off the windshield or the front, preppers seem unconcerned about the job they’re doing and if the dryers want to they will if not, oh well. Have gone through twice to get at least some of the bugs off to come out the same.

We have a fleet account and when we get to the prep area the guys dont pay attention at times barley run the brush across the truck and when i come out the other side you can clearly see all the spots they missed espically the sides by the headlights and front grill other than that not a bad place

🙌 the best customer service in Midland! I ran thru the car wash and when I went to clean out and vacuum I locked my keys in the car! The girl working the outside window kindly offered her phone and I was able to call pop-a-lock. When I went inside two employees inside asked if I needed anything. I explained my situation and that I had someone on the way. Not 2 min later two of them came back with equipment and said let’s go- save you money. Within 10 min these two had my car unlocked! Amazing, again I really appreciate all of your help! My carwash was great as well 🥰

Most of the staff was friendly and efficient, however, I'd like to ask if employees are supposed to be texting on their phone with one hand and spraying your vehicle with the other as you start down the tnnel?

7 year customer. Lucky enough to own two new cars a year. I know the wear and tear that comes with washing new vehicles. One issue after all these years, never cried about the minor damages. But with a brand new car, paper plates, and these damages are done. Here is what was told to me. 1) From Location 13 , up to corporate to review. 2) Corporate (Debra Rodriguez) reviews tells me cameras were down they’ll cover it. 3) Insurance calls me, hears my story and tell me no way they could have done that. Never asked to see my vehicle or pictures. Wrote off with a big wasn’t us. 4) just called Debra, attitude complete 180, told me she was last line of defense and if my insurance wanted to battle it out to go ahead. This vehicle got about two years worth of cars washes in one wash. Plus some. After all these years when a minor issues a maybe $200 buff that I would’ve gone half with becuase I know the risk of these facilities. Wasn’t heard, listens, or even cared about. This is Mighty Wash for you.

Can't say enough good things. I use this place all the time. Just took my daughter's car through because she's heading back to college and she had a bunch of bugs on the front. They didn't get them off the first run-through so at no charge they let me go through a second time to help get them off. I joined up for one of their monthly plans. So far it's awesome.
