I Just needed a tire alignment. I made an appointment online, said it would be confirmed or denied in 30 minutes. an hour goes by so I decide to call. Dave answers and I say “hey I was just calling to see about an appointment confirmation” Dave immediately hangs up I can hear the phone slam down. I give him the benefit of the doubt and think he just went to work on it asap. An hour and a half later no call back and no confirmation. By this time the scheduled appointment would have been started so I went down to the shop and asked about the appointment. What would you know it’s Dave who obviously doesn’t wanna talk to us responds with just basic and un interested responses. So we just respectfully left. Now I can’t say anything about there services but this was enough to not attempt a rescheduling

Online says that they do apppointments so i set my appointment days ahead, and called for confirmation and was told that they do not they do not do appointments. Huge inconvenience and will take my business elsewhere.

I want to thank Dave and his crew for an amazing experience. My sons attend UIUC and went to use the car but wouldn’t start. Had the car towed to Midas for evaluation. Midas evaluated and recommended not to replace starter as every time they tried, the car started. They could have said it needed to be replaced but overall he didn’t want to charge me unnecessarily. There are still honest people in this world. Thanks Dave and crew. If there is a problem, we will be back.

Today was the first time using this place, and they were absolutely phenomenal. Dave was very friendly and welcoming. The staff really know their stuff. The only issue was trying to book an appointment online. I submitted requests twice and neither went through, and I ended up having to call end had to have my service a day later than what I was trying to schedule. However, this place definitely redeemed themselves with the incredible experience I had. Will definitely be back again!

I was driving on 74 and in the middle of moving, and my car started squeaking with four hours of the drive left to go. The Urbana Midas was the closest repair shop to me, so I called and they were able to look at my car immediately! They replaced the brakes and rotors so quickly and got me back on the road. I greatly appreciate this Midas!
