Today my car was broken into for the 2nd time with (2) months. Each time I’ve taken my car here to have the window sealed before a shift, and each time the service has been speedy and thorough. The owner was also nice enough to reach out to an officer for me to get information on what to do since I’ve had no luck with getting the police to come out to obtain the footage from my building. That is above and beyond the scope of great customer service because he didn’t have to do that. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!

The team is fantastic and while the results are excellent, it’s the people that keep me coming back. One time, I must have picked up a nail in my tire on the way there and by the time my car was finished, the tire was flat. I wasn’t worried and just started pulling everything out to fill and plug my tire. As soon as they realized what happened, the team immediately jumped in to help me. As far as the quality of work is concerned, I have a big dog and do a lot of outdoor activities (read: dirt, mud, etc.) When I leave, my car is like new every time. 10/10 I DO recommend them.

I brought a 1 month old vehicle to Metro for tint and a ceramic coating & when everything was complete, the car was in significantly better shape than when I drove it off the dealership floor brand new. This place is absolutely amazing!! I will never go anywhere else for a detail. I am a single mom of 3 small children and my mini van was in horrible shape on the inside. They were so friendly and took my appointment short noticed and did such a beautiful job restoring my van to almost a brand new state. And I've had it for 6 years, so that's saying something. They also have the best prices in the area. Believe me I checked. Highly recommended!!

Can’t speak enough good words about this shop and the business owner Mazen!!! My girlfriend’s car was broken into downtown, and I wasn't able to leave work to help her take care of it. I remembered a post I seen about this establishment helping the community in these situations and knew exactly where to send her. They cleaned out all the glass in her car and sealed up the window perfectly, and all of this for free! On top of the kind service she was in and out in 10 minutes. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mazen, from the dealership I was working for doing business with him. One of hardest working, most genuine and caring individuals I have had the opportunity to cross paths with. If your car is trashed and you’re looking for a miracle, come to metro! And stop at his other business “the dogg haus” for a delicious snack as well!

I have a black Tacoma , and spilled milk on the left side passenger side. They worked on it for a long time and by the time I got it back smell was very faint (it had seeped through the floor for sure and besides ripping out the carpet , this was as good as it was gonna get) smell went away after about a week. I can’t believe it. This is my girlfriend’s car of 2 years and I never knew the seats were white until today. I remember the days when I would get in and stick to the seat. Now the seats are clean and I can’t find a crumb anywhere. The soda stains in the ceiling I was convinced were engrained in that interior like a tattoo. Gone. These guys truly turned my worst nightmare into a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend for anyone who has a car.

No BS. I took the long way home and drove slow. Five stars, PERIOD. First, my truck is cleaner than when I bought it. Not a speck. Not a spot. Clean.
