Started going here when it was Matt's car wash. It was great when it first opened, but it started going downhill when they tried to introduce monthly plans, after it changed to go carwash it continued to get worse every time I went, after this last time I won't be back

Go car wash truly has the best employees. I had a difficult situation recently and the general manager Yamilexs R. Was very kind and patient and investigated the issue. She completely turned the situation around. Gave me confidence to continue to have faith in GO Car Wash as a business. This young lady takes pride in what she does and I appreciate all of the great employees that you have servicing our local community. Go Car Wash has a "Star" employee and she should be recognized. It's definitely a drive through car wash, vacuum's are free to use after any purchase of their services .which is pretty cool, so definitely more bang for your buck 👌 prices are 16 ,14,10, and 6 . The difference is tire shines, and all the extra stuff . Also everything is only exterior, you clean your own interior, just fyi, cause I brought cash ready to tip somebody.

Go car wash has the longest timed process than all the other car washes. I noticed more soap on my car than when I went through the other car washes. Recently there was a new car wash in town and they were offering free car washes. I went through the car wash and the new wash process was very quick. Compared to go car wash process, Go car wash was the longest process with more soap with a better price.

Vacuums suck badly, and low suction as well, cars wash is called go car wash and there's no thing as $6 car wash anymore, only $10 and that's all. Not worth $10 though and the drive there for vacuums to not work properly. Never again

Came to this location, due to being in the area; my usual location is the one off Est. The one on E usually leaves my car a bit streaky, but this one my car was nice and clean after. The attendant Jessica #606, was super helpful and set me up on one of those monthly subscriptions. This will definitely be the new location I stop by on my way home from.

This location is honestly the worst-managed Go Car Wash I’ve ever visited. Most of the employees are very young, which is not a problem in itself, but they spend most of the time standing around, talking, and doing nothing. When you ask for something simple, they respond with bad attitude or act annoyed, and that speaks to a much bigger problem: 👉 The supervisor is just as careless and unprofessional as the employees. While other Go Car Wash locations stay on top of things— • towels stocked • vacuums working • areas clean • staff actually helping customers —this location is the complete opposite. Employees leave their stations unattended, don’t monitor the entrance, don’t help direct cars, and the place often looks dirty, abandoned, and poorly run. This is clearly a leadership issue. The employees aren’t the real problem—the supervisor doesn’t manage, doesn’t correct behavior, and doesn’t set standards. Until corporate replaces the supervisor or retrains the whole team, this location will remain the worst Go Car Wash in the area.
