Very satisfied with his work I had really bad water spots on my durango ..I had ask other mobile details to help me get rid of them but some didn't show up to the appointment other made it seem like it impossible or didn't have the right quemical to do that type of work...I'm glad I came across master clean they got the job done and now my durango is looking like new I will 100% recommend them.

Just got the full detailing package. And they did not even touch my passenger seat. Did not even clean the interior pretty much at all an did not wash the car at all. Beyond livid I would never recommend or use this place again. 245$ what a joke. Should get a refund but no one is answering now. Again what a joke an scam.

I spent $185 on my detail plus a $20 tip. I had to leave to go run errands and when I came back he was gone… Which was OK because he left the keys with my friend. I went to turn my car on and the battery was dead!!! Once I was able to get my car started, the windshield wipers were on and my blinkers were on!!! My friend said the guy had left the doors open for quite some time and that drained my battery. I had to used this company once before and there were two guys that detailed my vehicle and it was amazing. This time there is only one person. I unfortunately paid this guy before I had actually seen it because I believed it would be immaculate and I was not back at the time that he left. Not only that, my car smelled from the carpet cleaning as soon as I got into the vehicle, but I assumed it would pass once it dried. Nope! It lasted for well over a week and it was horrible! Additionally, my car was not fully detailed! The insides of my doors and other places had not been touched at all! Apparently I should not have left while he was doing my detail because he obviously did very very quickly and left. I told the gentleman about this and he said he would come to me which was an hour away. He called on that day and did not leave a message. Him and I had been using text as a form of communication and he did not bother to text me. I'm quite sure he was relieved that I did not answer my phone and he made no effort to leave a message or text me after that. I messaged him the day after and asked him where he was. He said I would have to pay additional money for them to clean the carpets, which he had not said the week before when it was arranged. I said I was not willing to pay even more money than I had already spent!!!! My car did not smell before the detail and then smelled horrible after the detail. Seriously, it was absolutely horrible and the guy just told me to leave my windows down for several days. Really?! He told me that he thought I could come to Lancaster to finish up the detail I told him no. I originally went to Lancaster for the detail for convenience for him even though I had scheduled it an hour away and they accepted it. I also told him all of the above with no comment. Nothing from this company in terms of reimbursement or try to make it better. Incredibly disappointed! I am a working mom and I do not have a lot of time. I really just wanted a really clean car for the money I paid. This was a little something I wanted to do for ME. I was really looking forward to it. Very very very dissatisfied with the service! I would not recommend this company.

My wife booked with this company over the weekend and he called and texted her several times the day of our service trying to get her to change the day even though we said it was whats best for us. Once he finally arrived he argued with us about where he was going park the car for a good 6 minutes. We decided to cancel services because he just would stop trying to argue the point to do things in a way the was not beneficial to us. Worst experience with a mobile detailer. Very unprofessional.

I had him do a full polish and ceramic coating on my large Sprinter, and he knew exactly what to do. I took him my red, quite oxidized, vehicle, and he worked tirelessly to perform an excellent polish without taking off too much on the 2014 vehicle. He did a great job on the ceramic, and it looks brand new even 6 months later. He was helpful in suggesting the right products for upkeep and also suggested where to get them inexpensively so I could do the maintenance myself. Because he wasn't running an expensive storefront, I got a great job for a price I could afford (about half what others were quoting because of their overhead). I will go back to him for any future needs, and he has been a great resource for the questions I have had.
