The workers are so friendly but I don’t know if it is because I’m a young girl who has little knowledge about cars but every time I go to the master autotech in layton they tell me what the problem is and fix it, then when I use my car again the problem is still occurring and have to ask them again what is wrong. They wrongly diagnose the issue and never go over to make sure if it was the correct issue. So I have to spend lots of money on an issue that didn’t matter. Then I get other opinions and am told that I 100 percent just got scammed. I feel like I’m being taken advantage off there so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend, which sucks because they really are so sweet.★★☆☆☆ 4 weeks ago

Tires were low and tire sensor was on. Stopped by to have it checked. They did not have time right then to look at it, but they put air in my tires which solved the problem. An AMAZING mechanic with the kindest most patient guys around. Had a recommended tow when my car wouldn’t start and got me in immediately, had my battery replaced in less than 24 hours. I made it clear to Bruce on the phone I had no idea what was wrong because a jump hadn’t gotten it going. Instead of any additional charges or weird add-ons, he explained that my battery was simply too corroded to get a jump on it. As I pulled out with my car working perfectly, I noticed my media console wasn’t working. They immediately backed my car in and replaced a fuse that had blown when I jumped my car at no additional cost.
