This place was amazing when it was Marvel Car Wash. I had an unlimited monthly membership. I also took my dogs here to get washed. Since it changed to raceway they can't get my Jeep Rubicon clean. It comes out of the car wash just as streaked and dirty and mud covered as it was when I went in. I asked the attendance standing there to at least pre wipe down the sides like the Marvel attendants did and they will not. I have called the customer service number several times and have yet to speak to a human.

It’s a bit windy today (Saturday) no rain and they shut down for the day. They shut down all the time for X reasons. It’s annoying. I’m cancelling my membership and switching back to Zips carwash (they’re open today). They’re always open. I’ll drive 3 min extra to make sure I get my car clean when I want to.

Horrible wash. I purchased the middle package and when the wash was over, the sides, back and wheels looked like they were never washed. The vacuums were either missing or not very powerful. It was a much better experience when it was Marvel. I would find a different place to go if you want a clean vehicle when you are done.

Buyer beware - if I could give zero stars, I would. This place has gone downhill since being acquired by Raceway Express Car Wash. Under the old management and ownership, never an issue and when I needed something, they were attentive. Not the case under the new ownership. Towel shortage, non working equipment and two incidents where my car was damage and they refuse to take any responsibility. In one case, the person in front of me stopped and the track pushed me into them. While in the bay, you are not in control of your car, they have some culpability to keep you and your car reasonably safe but I can assure you after multiple months of pursuing this issue, they will not take any ownership. However, they were more than happy to give me information on the two people in front of me so I could pursue them for damages -- this feels like a privacy concern but not shocked given their demonstration of ethics and good business. They were also quick to blame the two people in front of me which was also frustrating. If you have used this wash before, you will know that sometimes people leaving the coffee shop don't pay attention to cars exciting the bay. Another property issue that they should take responsibility for but do not and likely the reason one of the cars in front of my stopped. I have a brilliant idea, how about put more than 3 feet of space between cars so you can shut down the track in case of an issue or would that hinder profits too much. In addition to the ordeal, management has been difficult to track down and good luck getting a return call, text or email. I could provide names of these individuals and give exact details of the treatment they felt was reasonable and maybe I will at a later date but currently, I am still in pursuit of some remedy to my damaged car. I know what you're thinking, just claim it on your insurance but that will cost you money, potentially go against you and the principle of the situation is that they take NO responsibility for letting your vehicle collide into another person. I leave you with this one test before you purchase their service -- try to call the main number as if you have a question. I fully believe the lack of attention you receive will let you know if you want to do business with them. By the way, I am a 3 car monthly subscriber which means they make a good money off of me but that means nothing to them. I have found the place down the street that does a much better job in case your in search of a decent merchant that will value your business. If ownership reads this, which I highly doubt, a dated record of attempts to contact, conversations had, and names of employees have been captured. Since I cannot get any resolution, my plan is to reach to every executive within your Financial sponsorship "Clear Sky Capital". I am sure they have better things to do but maybe I can chew up some of their time since you have wasted so much of mine. Advise -- Just take care of your customers.

Used the dog wash 1-2x per month when it was Marvel, and loved the convenience for our 80lb Rottie! Now, I’ve been 3x since Raceway took over and the card readers don’t work, they don’t fill the machine with shampoo, conditioner, or disinfectant, the wash rooms are filthy, and the air conditioner is no longer operational. They’ve even removed the screens so you can’t get relief from the stifling hot box. I can’t believe they are charging money for essentially the same experience as blasting your dog with a garden hose in a hot, hairy room. I gave them 3 chances too many to get it right, and they obviously don’t care. *interesting-I just read reviews going back about a year and apparently the card reader on the dog wash has been deactivated that entire time. It is a cash-only system. There is NO signage anywhere indicating that, and the attendant or manager has never mentioned that to me when I had to hunt one down to pay cash.

Dog wash no longer has warm water, and no shampoo. I’ve complained twice but nothing done. Water was so cold I couldn’t wash my dog when it’s near freezing outside. Between this and the billing problems, I’ll move my membership for mine and my family’s 3 other cars elsewhere

I had a great experience at this car wash. It didn’t get everything off of my car. The first time they ran my car through a second time for free!!! The whole staff was very friendly, and the customer service was fantastic. 10/10

It’s a fast car was! Just make sure you have enough room between you and the car in front. Flower Mound tx has so many car wash spots but this is a nice one. If they offer the discount premium car wash package get it.

Since this car wash took over new ownership, it’s been the best. Highly recommended to get the pass and turns out it’s less expensive than previous ownership! Only found that out because we changed our credit card info. Huge shout out to Margo and Cruz for taking care of me!

Attempted to get a car wash here on 11/16 and waited over 15 minutes while the attendant tried to sell a plan to the car in front of me. When I asked what was taking so long, the attendant asked if I was a member — if I were, I’d have been in the members' lane. I ended up leaving, and you’ve lost a customer with four cars that won’t be returning. There are plenty of other car washes on 407.

I took my car in for a wash back in September. The molding that covers my back-up camera came off upon my exit from the wash. An employee went back in the wash to retrieve it. It could not be salvage. It had to be replaced. They took a report and told me the manager would contact me in a couple of days. The manager contacted me and I explained what had happen. He said he would contact corporate and return my call. I received a return call stating that they could not replace the molding due to the year of the car (2011 Infiniti) wear and tear. Also they refused to refund the monies I spent on the car wash. The molding on car was not loose as it was bolted down. I contacted Raceway corporate via mail, no response as of this date.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Cruz went out of his way to brighten my day! The vacuums are high powered and get the job done quickly! The clean rags ready for customers are a huge plus as well.

I visited Raceway this week to wash my car, and something in the tunnel got caught on the front of my vehicle. It broke the grille that protects the radiator and damaged the bumper. I asked for camera review and got no response. I went to speak with the manager at the Justin / Highland Village location, and he was extremely rude. He immediately said it couldn’t have happened there and didn’t even let me see the footage or how my car entered the wash. I’m certain the damage happened at this location—my only trip was from home to the car wash and back. Very poor service.

This would be a decent car wash, except one of the employees was walking through the parking lot talking on her phone while I was trying to park and vacuum my car, and she made no effort to move. If employees don’t prioritize safety or basic awareness, I’ll pass. First and last visit.

Wow! $10 for a basic wash and no dry cloth dryers at the end. I just got out and my suv is still dirty. Legacy on main charges 7 and it gets all the dirt off with dry towel wipers at the end smh.

Car did not come out clean after getting the most expensive wash. Dirt/film still on windows. Bugs still on mirror, etc. I don’t expect car washes to ever be perfect, but if I have to basically hand wipe all the dirt off my car then it’s not worth it. The photos are a FEW spots that didn’t get clean.

I have a membership to this location. Price is reasonable. They have plenty of vacuums, air, dusters, and windshield sprayers. They always have plenty of clean towels to use, and the wash is always outstanding. Also, the other day I left one of my floor mats attached to the floor mat holder by the vacuum cleaners, and when I came back the next day, I checked with Amy and Margot, and they were able to look around and found it for me and returned it to me. I’m very pleased with their customer service and the product. Great job.

$20 for a car wash? First time here. I asked the guy for a wash & I wanted to make sure my tires were clean and shiny. I had to dry my own car, my tires look like before. Never will I be back. Ridiculous. I only came here because I needed my car washed because my car wash close to work is where I have. It’s membership and let me tell you. They charge me $35 but they can hand dry my car and I get a shine on my tires but just a daily wash is seven dollars. This place is a joke. Seriously $20.
