Staff was friendly but wash was bad at best. Hood and windshield weren’t cleaned correctly. Floor mats weren’t even touched. Cup Holders and center console still dirty. Over all not worth the money. Glad I don’t live around here this was the ”best” rated car wash in town.

Reccomend! Definitely! Wash: Awesome! They have 5 steps/sections. Vacuum, rinse/wash, dry, detail, and quality check! Car is left spotless and well cared. Service: Handwashed! The two washers wash the vehicles thoroughly. Imrovement: not enough Sud, in my opinion Hospitality: Cashier is straight forward and direct. Workers are Awesome! They are very nice Cons: 1. They drive my car into the car wash and then lock my keys inside and I have to call AAA. Then the owner wants to tell me it's my fault because he has 10 signs everywhere. THEY DROVE MY CAR AND LOCKED MY KEYS INSIDE!! Go figure. I paid $54 including a $10 tip in advance.

This used to be my go spot for car washes, the last two times I’ve gone I didn’t leave too happy with how my car came out but I thought it was just a one time thing so I gave them a chance. I went earlier today and they did a very poor job at cleaning the inside and it doesn’t look as if they vacuumed or even wiped the surfaces. When I first started coming I would always leave happy with a clean car but these last couple of times, the inside of my car is almost, if not the same, as it was before the wash. This time I still found the cup holders and side door handle dirty and with small trash, the car mats we’re poorly vacuumed and there was still dirt/sand on the sides and under the car mats. My side seat and backseats were still carrying a lot of dirt and hair, it doesn’t even look like they vacuumed the inside at all.

No attention to detail, poor customer service. My car is Very clean, it’s usually a quick vacuum and a wipe however it didn’t seem as If the employees bother to wipe. After bringing it to their attention, the Owner said that my car was very dirty without even looking inside of it. Owner/manager did not take a moment to hear me out and was just talking at me. I wouldn’t go back. There’s better value for the same price point out there.

I was not too pleased with the interior cleaning of my car for the price tag! I paid $34 only to be up charged for my vehicle size (which was not disclosed until I reached the cashier) , the whole passenger side was not cleaned, nor the middle console, and an obvious patch of dirt was missed on the driver's side. I had a cash tip, but decided that it was not deserved. I will not visit again!

I’ve been coming here for my car wash for 2 years. I got my car wash today 4/14 at 12:00pm. Service is not the ssame, the car washes are not the same. These are photos of my car 15 minutes after the wash. My car wash is really bad.. car is still dirty and new scratches left on my vehicle. I am pretty mad never coming here again. The men who work here are lazy and I watched him dry my car and leave it sitting for 10 minutes when it wasn’t even ready. Now I have a dirty car with scratches. don’t come here

The wash was great, could've done better on the hood with the bug guts but do not leave anything of value in the car while being washed. They took my quarters out of my car and then totally denied it...like come on. Really? Change doesn't just magically disappear after a car wash.

Ever since I discovered this Car wash I haven’t gone to any other. They are hand washed so no need to worry about your paint getting scratches over time due to the brushes. Your car will go through a belt like system to kepp the car moving obviously while the staff rinse and hand wash it depending on the package you paid for. Then it’s dried with the giant air dryers and after it is driven to a shaded area and they assign 2 ppl to finish off any details drying it and then the inside. I have no complaints every time I go their work is consistent. I have a Tacoma so they classify that as a mid size truck and I get their Combo 2 which is 38 bucks and I tip 5 usually. So it’s pocket friendly.

This was my go to car wash but last few trips I've notice lack of attention to interior cleaning. ⚠️Customers please pay attention to your vaccuming and interior cleaning before leaving⚠️I've communicated to the person who answered the phone at this shop and they just say " talk to the employees". Although yes communication with everyone is reasonable however it's the principal, you go to get your car cleaned not simi clean. Lack of Accountability on ethics and labor to the customer.

I’ve gave this place two stars only because the outside looks pretty good. The inside does not.. They didn’t properly wipe down the dash the side doors or the center console. They didn’t put any armor anywhere inside the car . No fragrance I asked for new car smell none of it . For the price they charge you expect a certain amount of service or at least clean the car correctly You are better off doing it yourself so I do not recommend this place I recommend you go to one of these places you drive-through you go home then you clean it yourself inside
