Not a good first experience. Spent $35 for a full service wash and they didn’t even clean the back windows! Would not recommend

Service offered at this establishment is way below the price been charge. Spaying soap on mats and washing it off don't qualify as cleaning. Vacuum seems not to be working or the workers just don't give a dam because the inside of my vehicle look the same ( interior dirt ) after vaccuming Paid for the under carriage and wheels wash. It looked the same like when I rolled up at the wash ( white grime ) on wheels and under carriage. Had to physically wipe off and clean myself after washing. Glass/ mirrors was left with streaks and water marks. Amoral was place on the unwashed tires which made the vehicle look even more unclean. Price paid for wash was not worth it. By far this was the worst experience I have encountered at this location. My advice, wash your vehicle yourself.

So they did a pretty good job, but by the trunk they didn’t bother to clean. I got the highest tier service and they took a while just don’t know why they didn’t hit that area.

Coming from a girl that washes her car in her driveway, I almost had a stroke at the price of a car wash. However, I went all in $60 all in (we won't be telling hubby 🤣). Wax, mats, shiney tires, they left my car looking brand new, and it's just what she needed. I haven't been here in YEARS and in all honesty, it's because I wasn't thrilled at the previous performance. However, this time I came in because I was being lazy and left pleasantly surprised. I love the new system of pulling the car to the side lot where a team thoroughly finished the job and not the previous drying 1/2 in the street to quickly rush out and pray traffic is on your side. All in all a job well done and I will eventually be back.

LMC Car Wash BROKE my car door handle without telling me. They left the broken piece of the handle inside the car for me to find out. Ridiculously bad service and this establishment needs to be closed immediately. You're better off NEVER washing your car again then coming here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

LMC Car Wash is a solid choice for getting your vehicle cleaned! The staff is friendly and efficient, and they offer a variety of wash packages to suit your needs. I opted for the full-service wash, and I was impressed with how thorough they were—my car came out looking spotless inside and out! The waiting area is comfortable, but it could use a few more amenities to make the wait more enjoyable, as there’s no complimentary coffee. My only minor complaint was that it took a bit longer than expected during peak hours. Overall, I had a positive experience at LMC Car Wash. Their attention to detail and quality of service make it worth the visit. I’ll definitely be returning for my next wash!

0 STAR IF I COULD. I'm uploading the photos 15 minutes after leaving this carwash. I always go to Prowash on Webster ave, do an oil change and they include a simple and vacuum wash, I have never gone to just wash, but even so they have always left me very clean, today I decided to go to this one because the other closed to 4 o'clock and I assumed that going to be more expensive was better, ERROR!!! IT'S THE WORST!!!, I paid $27 for the same as the other they charge $15 but they didn't even vacuum, they're scammers, they didn't even remove the dust, and the back outside was all dirty and dripping wet, thieves!!! and when I went to the person who paid him, to complain, he treated me as if it had been free, a simple clean rain better and he does not charge

Sloppy rushed poor quality service - took me longer to put my car interior (mats, rugs, seat position, etc.) back together than they spent washing it and leaving streaks on all the windows.

LMC car wash associates broke my door handle while washing my car. They claimed they’d get someone to fix it for me but they did not follow through. Now my insurance is getting involved. To make a long story short it’s not worth the hassle of unethical practices and their prices aren’t competitive.

Absolutely scammers. The guy at the front said get the $40 package is better just to find out that it’s $15 more for extra tire shine. Tire shine?? Who cares about something that is going to get dirty within seconds from me driving off that lot. Didn’t touch the doors and when i asked they said that would be $79 for the doors and something else which is ridiculous. Did a lousy job with vacuuming the interior. Not only that but to still find dirt on the exterior. I went back inside to speak to the lady behind the counter she seemed super careless and said she’ll let the manager know when they get here. Save your money and go somewhere else. That was job should’ve been $22 anywhere else. Disgusting service. Highly upsetting.

Poor wash job for sure! Chose $39.99 for suv. Barely vacuumed and. Charged $10.00 extra to clean Matt’s. Only tried this place cause across from taco project. Never again! Definitely returning to Prowash in NR. Better priced and Better job cleaning!

I went to LMC Car Wash in New Rochelle and had a terrible experience. I paid $40 for a regular wash, drove one block, and immediately noticed my car was still dirty especially around the door handles and the back window. I went back and was told to speak to Juan, the outside manager. He was rude, dismissive, and told me there was “nothing he could do.” All I asked for was to run my car back through the wash. Instead, he told me I’d have to pay again. A quick rewash would’ve taken two minutes and kept me coming back as a customer. Instead, the poor service and disrespect guaranteed I won’t return. Do better, Juan.

If I could give zero stars I would As a dog owner I completely understand that removing pet hair from car seats or carpeted floors isn’t easy—it takes time and effort. That’s not what I was expecting from a standard wash. However when it comes to easily cleaned surfaces like basic plastic or leather areas a simple vacuum should at least make a visible difference. At Q Car Wash LMC Car Wash in New Rochelle that did not happen. I brought my car in for a regular wash expecting a clean refreshed interior. What I got instead was almost identical to how I left it. The level of effort put in was laughable. The car still had visible dirt hair and debris like it hadn’t been touched at all. I have photos to prove just how bad the job was. Honestly I’ve seen automatic car washes do better. To make matters worse I tried to speak with the owner who clearly didn’t care whether he lost a customer or not. He dismissed my concerns claiming that a special detailed cleaning was required to actually remove dirt. No offer to revacuum no apology nothing. Just excuses. Why Because it was 615pm and they close at 7. Apparently that’s a good enough reason to rush through a service I paid good money for. This place isn’t cheap either which makes the quality or total lack thereof even more insulting. Not only will I never return but I’m posting this review with pictures to warn anyone considering this place DO NOT waste your money. Your car will come out looking exactly the same if not worse because now you’re down cash with nothing to show for it. They’ve lost a customer and I hope this helps others avoid the same disappointment.

Really terrible. Cheapest wash is over $22 and they hardly cleaned my car. They rushed me out of the car and were already inside blowing crumbs and salt around while I was trying to collect my personal belongings. Workers seemed annoyed that I was grabbing my bag and water out of the car. They did not even remove items from cup holders and door pockets to clean inside of them (which I would have removed myself if I were not rushed out of my car). Definitely never going here again and I recommend you do not either.
