I've used this car wash several times over the years. I hadn't been disappointed until the last time. It took the salt off of the windows which was helpful but the car was left still very dirty.

I used the laundry mat. The one washer was broke and I didn't notice till I put all my change in. But the owner was great and refunded me my money. Very clean. Too bad I live so far

No one is available to help when you dont get what you paid for. My time was shortened when the spot free was ran out. Called the number listed, told if I wanted to be reimbursed, I would need to drive to Gilbertsville (over 30 minutes away). All people want is to pull in and know they can wash their car after making settings indicating type. Am disappointed. The owner needs to keep this property up.

Car wash missed my front fenders and front bumper. The dryer left soap residue all over the car. I’ve used this car was multiple times and every time it left me disappointed. Gilbertsville car wash(Adams) is much better for less money.

This place is fine. The Lazer wash is good for blasting the salt off your car, but don't expect to come out with a detail quality job. Convenient for a quick wash.

Though it seems cheap, the times are short so constantly restarting the timer can add up on the coins. They have soap, water jets, vacuums for the interior, and everything you need to make your car look like new. It is all self service, so don't expect to be able to sit in your car while it drives through big roller sponges doing the job for you...

Automated car wash does not work. Defective equipment will take your money and give you no water. Calling phone number on machine puts you in contact with owner/manager who claims people are putting nickels and dimes in the machines. Offers to give a refund if you are willing to play hide and seek with him hiding money somewhere on the property or if you are willing to take time out of your schedule to wait for a maintenance person to show up at some unknown time. Refuses to send a refund check as it is too expensive for him and he would be inconvenienced since he is operating 7 other car washes where one can expect the same defective money stealing equipment scam exists.

Just went here for the last time. 2 years ish to redo this carwash. Shame on you. I waited 4 weeks to use the vacuums when you redid them. And now being forced through the wash bays to get to the vacuums? This is insane. Nobody will tolerate this design for long. So maybe I come for vacuums only and the wash bays are full; what do I do then? Wait to drive thru the next open bay to use the vacuums? Go through the "Do Not Enter" sign? No thought here at all. Start over again or fail.

Edit added below, avoid this place. Everything is broken. Auto-Wash has been broken for a year. Pressure washers all jammed, poorly maintained. Ceilings leak on your car. Wax appears to be just water. Foaming brush has clearly been watered down. Sprays liquid soap out with pressure I wish the washers had. Feel like I got ripped off. Spotless rinse is far from spotless. Edit: thought I would be fair and I tried this place again recently, as you can see from below the owner has an attitude and blames his customers for his faulty business. He said none of the spot free rinse settings work, and he said he can't put up a sign because people tear it down. So i went through the whole wash (and paid to try a second bay!), but now I'm covered in Water spots. Owner told me to go somewhere else, so I will. No refund offered. $3 is not much, but I feel like I got scammed.

I've used the car wash for ever, today was my last time. The newly designed parking lot is not very user friendly. My camaro and F250 were tight, I don't want to hit the new railing or building making those turns. Unless I just back out when I have the truck or Antique cars since I tend to go on off hours...I'm kinda upset because I bypass others to use this location. Guess that's the price of progress 😪 I've been back a few times after writing this comment. I want to do business there as I always have. I just back in or out of the bay, no one is ever there after 6pm. My F250 long bed or my antique large cars are tight....Totally over engineered Pinball machine.

Such a rude owner. Not even fully open and he rudely runs out to yell at you for going the wrong way. He wouldn’t even listen to me try to explain how confusing the set up is and that I made an honest mistake. I will never take any of our 6 cars there and I will never recommend them. And I didn’t even mention his crazy prices. Plenty of other car washes to go to that appreciate your business!

The touch free wash bay is closed ?? Barrels in front of it. Idk, maybe have something to tell people it is closed so we don't drive over to it, out of the way, because it is a touch free? That might be helpful.

No bueno. Too expensive for a self-serve wash, some of the options don’t work, the liquid tubes for both the water tool and scrubbing tool dangle far too much and constantly hit the car, the vacuum tubes aren’t long enough and have to lay on top of the car to reach the other side, parking lot is too tight for bigger vehicles, and I now see the owner argues with customer reviews. I can’t speak for the auto-wash as I didn’t use it, but I would avoid this place if possible.

Edit- I used your wash, 6 minutes worth with my own soaps. You told me to leave because I was detailing. Fighting customers over comments proves my case, I was cleaning a food spill which you seen me wiping up with towels. I even hosed down my car and your bay for you and properly disposed of trash. Your response solidified my complaint. I'll never be using this wash again. Wish I could put 0 stars. Owner approached me while I was cleaning out my trunk to prep and clean and he told me to leave because he doesn't want people detailing their cars. Meanwhile no one else is using the self serve washes but myself. I've spent alot of money at this wash because of convenience. It looks like I will be going elsewhere. Plus, the price has significantly increased since the prior owners, too high in my opinion.

Went to the first manual car wash to the left of the automatic bay and the coin slot was jammed. Went to the second bay over got started the foaming brush dispensed no soap for over 2 minutes, “half the wash time”. Not impressed
