I spend almost $50 + tip for a good service. They didn't clean it that good from the outside and inside. Plus I had a small case of gum that I just opened and it was gone. I am pretty sure I left it but I couldn't believe they stole my case of gum. I will never go to this place. And if you do please make sure you hide your stuff before is gone.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR ITEMS STOLEN! Came for a full car wash just to walk away with my car dirty, took charges, cables that I needed for my business was taken amongst other things. I guess this is why they have a sign that says we’re not responsible for “lost” items what they mean is STOLEN items. Left with ZERO service done and my stuff stolen never again coming back and I suggest to anyone reading this review to do the same. I mean look at all the other negative reviews it’s for a reason be aware of this place.

My husband had his vehicle washed today. For $40 and the amount of time it took, I feel like he should've just taken it to Autobell for $20-25. He had them vacuum it twice. I see dirt and smudges on the body, and by the windows. It still looks like he should go wash it.

For the amount of money they charge for the executive wash, the inside of my car should have cleaner than it was. The 2 people that wiped down my car did a halfway job didn’t wipe down anything in the backseat and the back of my front seats but they didn’t hesitate taking the tip. PATHETIC. Don’t waste your time or money going there.

I'm not trying to bash the company in any way bc I have come here many times before without this issue. My car went through the while process n when I got in it looked like it wasn't vacuumed at all. I went to the main desk n told the guy I needed it revacuumed n he said no problem pull it back around n have them do it again until.its right. ( I liked that) I pulled up(only car) n the same young girl saw me n just walked back inside for a couple min. Finally came out ni said I'd like it redone again. She spent a whole 1 min on it n said she was done. I asked are you serious? She just walked away. I grabbed the hoses n did it myself. I paid $37 n had to vacuum out my own ride. I didn't go back in n complain bc I didn't want to cause a scene. Everything else was fine. The inside could have been dressed a little better as well but it was fine. Once again this was the first time I've ever had a problem at this buisness before.

I purchased the executive wash & they didn't even wash my mats. I was $2 per mat and told if I wanted a wash that got the “nooks and crannies” I should’ve got an auto detail. I had to go get my car re-vacuumed. I truly wasted $40! I will be disputing my charge for sure. This was ridiculous.

I had a gold rope necklace in my drivers door with change covering it. It’s been there for 3 months and I’ve been here 4 times before today and no one has touched my change or the necklace. Well today before leaving I looked in the door and my necklace was gone and the change is still there. So I go say something to the guy inside and he go talk to the workers. After 20 minutes of nothing he says maybe she vacuumed it up. I said well it’s funny how the chain would get vacuumed but all of the change that was covering it is still in the door. You can see a piece of the broken link from the necklace in the picture. I won’t everrr spend another dime here!!!! I am doing a police report online and I left the owner a voicemail. This is very unacceptable. The women doesn’t vacuum well at all either and my car is filled with dirty.

Advertise close at 5:30. Arrive at 4:55 and sign says closed. If you advertise close at 5:30 YOU TAKE CARS UNTIL 5:30. Just lost a frequent customer!

Car wash has declined over the years. $32 for a car wash but the service was done poorly. Half vacuum, outside of car great. I had to wipe my dashboard off.

Just left this car wash, and what in hell are they still open. The inside wasn't vacuum. The windows still had spider webs . The worst place to go is here to get you car wash . I use a gift card, but they should me vacuum my gift card with money on it

I always get my car washed here. You get the benefit of getting it vacuumed and washed for a really good price. Instead of getting washed only in the outside by a machine. I enjoy coming here. The results are always good. I hope more people came to businesses like this. You get so much more.

We had a great experience. We took our daughter’s Honda in and it was really dirty. The interior had not been cleaned in a while. For $20, they did a great job and totally met our expectations. Everything was well vacuumed and wiped down inside. We did leave good tips but we felt like we more than got our money’s worth.

Floor was not vacuumed at all. The back of the tailgate still had dirt on it. Around the front window still had dirt on it. The windows were streaked in small spots. I have used this car wash for years. The worst wash I have ever had

I do not recommend this place unless your car just needs to be maintained and is not really dirty. This was from the VIP package. Door jams not done, tire spray everywhere including on the paint. I tried to email them but I didn't get an answer.

I was going here on a monthly basis and hadn’t been in two months one there yesterday they did a terrible job on my SUV again after they finished it I basically got out and re-wiped the hole inside everything by myself after telling the guy inside that the last time I was there, they did a terrible job and he told me to tell them to redo it if I have a problem because they understand me and I said oh none of them speak English. He said oh believe me, they understand. I am utterly disgusted, as I had given them another chance and will not ever be back. I always pay them good money and a good tip and then they give me crappy service starting with the vacuuming all the way to wiping down my windows, which I can’t see out of at night because they are so streaky and they make me go blind all the way down to they barely even “dust” The inside of my car, which they need to use more of a moist rag to get people‘s car clean inside, not just wiping around dust. Maybe they need to be trained on how to clean a car and maybe this is why they’ve gone through five different owners. The owner needs to be accountable on his employees and maybe get somebody better instead of getting people that don’t belong here because they need a job and I’m not trying to be mean when I say that, but when I pay good money for a service, I expect it to be done the right way and I am just totally pissed off. I’m probably going to have to go to another car wash to get my SUV cleaned again and spend more money. Don’t waste your money going there if you want a good job done because you will not get It. !!!! My dumb butt has given too many chances!

10/10 do not recommend. They charged me extra because they said my car was too dirty.... ok fine. Literally just needed a vac, I had completely emptied it out beforehand. Once I got it back.I noticed that the windows were streaky. And there was still things on the carpet that could have easily been vacuumed out. The center console wasn't wiped down at all nor the leather seats. The floor mats could have easily been sprayed off but that also was not the case. I feel scammed actually. I usually clean my car out myself but in efforts to save some time I decided to pay extra to have it detailed. Probably never going back again.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience and paid for the highest package ($40) they had, the pictures speak for themselves but when I spoke to the manager I was given the excuse of “well they do broad sweep cleaning not detailed service” though the package was supposed to included vacuuming and wiping of interiors, I don’t consider a cup holder a “nook and cranny” like the manager suggested. He also was at one point trying to tell me what I paid for didn’t include what is clearly outlined as included in their pricing guide. I was also told my expectations for cleaning the roof were unreasonable as “most of the workers are 5 feet high.” And I could tell my seats had been stood on with shoes. I was not able to get my money back.
