Mac was so easy going to talk with and it was so easy to get to the details of scheduling and expectations. Being mobile was an extra bonus! Mac did an impeccable job with my car!! I keep it pretty clean, but Mac got ALL the little stuff that's hard to keep up with on the daily, and removed SO MUCH dog hair!! Seriously impressed by the quality, efficiency, and value of Mac's work. I went out and bought a cargo protector for my dog afterwards so I could keep it clean! I’m already thinking about when we can use Mac again. She did a stellar job and her attention to detail is exceptional! What sets her apart are as follows: - ease of scheduling. Book online when you have time and for when it works for you. I’m definitely part of a generation that hates calling. - female owner/operated. She’s a highly successful, badass entrepreneur who has carved her own niche in a heavily male dominated field. I love the men in my life but when it comes to details and cleaning, my mom, daughter and I far outperform the men (we all have our strengths!). Mac approaches detailing with the attention I would give if I were to do it myself. - interpersonal communication. Being a woman and the one who usually coordinates the detailing of ours vehicles, my interactions with men in other businesses can feel disconnected. With Mac I felt immediately at ease which allowed me to feel confident to share my needs and any feedback I might have.
