My wife had decided to use this company to get her car detailed. I followed her to the location provided by Jack. The address was incorrect, and we decided to pass on the business since they didn't give us the correct address. The owner Dario's, then reached out to my Wife saying we disrespected him and wasted his time. Blaming the customer because you gave incorrect directions and saying we are wasting your time? Maybe blame yourself for giving wrong information and offer to apologize not bully my wife through text. Dario's and Jack were both included in this awful experience and will never recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are hands down the best auto detailers you can find. I’ve had a couple other auto detailers work on my car but no one has cleaned my car the way these guys have. My Tesla hasn’t looked this good since I picked it up from the dealership! Literally every nook and cranny in the car was cleaned. The floor mats are immaculate. Darios and Jack did a wonderful job on the full exterior and interior detail of my BMW! They were also able to remove two old scratches on my car's clear coat and making it look like it was never there in the first place. Luxury buff detailers did an amazing job with my 2018 Honda accord. It only took them about 2 1/2 hours and the car feels brand new inside. Unfortunately for me I tweaked my hamstring before I dropped it off and they even helped me with a bag of ice and brought me to McDonald’s 10 out of 10 customer service. Best I’ve ever had with a detailer company.

I recently graduated with my master's degree and my wife purchased an auto detailing service as part of my gift. Luxury Buffs came out to our house and went to work on my vehicle. They did more than an amazing job and we’ll definitely be using them again. They took great pride in washing and drying the outside. The wheels and tires looked brand new. Then they worked on the inside. When they were finished there was not a single spec of dust in the truck. The floors were immaculate and looked like they did when the truck rolled off the assembly line. The seats were shiny and clean and so was the dash and console. Every little crevice was clean and cleared of any debris. One of the most difficult items to clean on a vehicle is the glass. To this point I asked my wife to tell them to leave the windows alone. We had used another service previously that left the windows smeared and streaked and so I did not want to see that happen again. These gentlemen asked my wife to give them a chance that they are not fans of windows streaks either and they wanted us to see that they really know what they are doing. Reluctantly I agreed. The did an impeccable job on the glass and mirrors. Not a single streak, smudge, or smear. Even the sunroof looked amazing. Needless to say I am a huge fan of their work and they are worth every penny you pay for their service. These guys are so thorough that they even cleaned the back of the truck. The dropped the tailgate and removed the rubber mat and cleaned every surface.My truck looked like it was brand new again.
