This location is good but the garden center staff is not knowledgeable about basic plant care. Watering them isn't hard...some take a little and some take more, but ALL take some. They neglect plants and then hide them among the healthier ones. In a few weeks my little lily babies will be in far better condition. Glad I found them. The price was nice but I would have gladly paid more for some healthier flowers.

Good experience here. This was my first time visiting this store. I needed some help selecting a drill and someone there was able to help me make a selection. The store overall was very dusty. There was a fine layer of dust on everything I touch. Maybe some construction going on? Easy in and out parking lot. Good selection of yard tools. There are so many choices with the power tools that it makes it hard to decide which brand is best for you, but I suppose that is a good thing. Only self check out lines were open, but the store was not busy and this was not a problem for me.

Lowes is really beginning to point me to Home Depot. There isn't any customer service in this place. There are too many security devices, to many age verification items, too many incorrect or illegible UPC bars for there to only be self checkout - where the ONE attendant has to unlock all the hiccups for everyone and STILL has to wait for a Mgr override for other situations. Im about to drop Lowes into the Walmart category of just stay out of there

Fix the lack of communication between Lowe’s and FedEx. Both Lowe’s and FedEx blamed each other for our order being delivered to the wrong address, and there was never a resolution. FedEx delivered to the wrong address, claimed somebody by another name signed for it and didn’t provide a picture of proof. Better communication between the two would have made an easier resolution but instead, I never received a resolution just constant blame on each other. And the $700 I spent on a gazebo went down the drain. This is Lowe’s last strike. You already gave us a hard time returning an item before due to some malfunction on the product. And we HAD THE RECEIPT IN HAND AND IN THE APP. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on. Anyone having these issues please reach out to the better Business Bureau. To many are dealing with these issues and I keep seeing these lousy responses from the store saying they’re gonna use this as a training opportunity. That’s a load of crap. Just fix the issues!

I am not a fan of posting negative reviews. However, I have had so many negative experiences. I went to this Lowe's location, and was disappointed after already refusing to go back after a different negative experience. My husband and I went there, mainly because I was given a gift card at the other store, because I had made a return of an item I had purchased from Lowes through Door dash. I went to this location and tried to swipe the gift card for my purchase. For some reason, it was not going through. Therefore, I requested help. The employee who came to assist me swiped my card, then took the card with her and walked away. Why did she take my gift card?? What is really going on here, Macon Lowe's??

They started doing Kid's Workshop here again! Make sure you bring your little ones of all ages 4-99 to take part in the pride of building their own useful garden ornaments to planters, toys, bird houses, etc! They have a website to register but it's super easy! I used to bring my daughter here before COVID shot it down... We loved it every time! Kids get a mini hammer and apron as well as the knowledge of building something either by themselves or with adult supervision!

It's lowe's,nuff said...but across the hwy from it is a place called "Gordon's" it's a restaurant grocery supply and it IS open to the public...they do except EBT,so if you are planning on a event where you need to have some of the best vitals you could imagine,I would definitely Pop in on them💯🤙😇

This store is the worst service of any Lowe's in Georgia and Florida. The people that work there are poorly managed. The delivery department can't be any worse.

I wish I could give negative reviews. I have a huge project I’m working on and the “Pro” department treated me like I was stupid. I knew and had a list of everything I needed. There were so many other contractors that the department deemed more important than me and the project I was working on. While at the Pro desk I was introduced to the assistant manager over that department as well as the store manager. Neither of them knew anything about the industry they’re supposed to be helping. The store manager was rude and condescending. She acted as if I were ignorant because I am a woman in a man’s line of work. Eventually, another associate from windows and doors found me and was so helpful. I think her name was Audrey.

Shout out to the entire garden team at this location! They were all so extremely friendly and helpful. I had the absolute best experience ever when I stumbled upon a bunch of clearance hydrangeas that they had just marked down. I was so excited that I ended up buying 13 hydrangeas 🫣🤣 they were absolutely amazing and if I could give them a 1000000 star rating, I would. Y'all the real MVP out here doing the lord's work and marking plants down. I'm still on a high from the rush of finding and buying those plants!

Today we had a wonderful time at the DIY for Kids event. My children really enjoyed it, and Mr. Rich was so helpful in assisting one of them with completing the project. He even went above and beyond—when we accidentally left a piece of chalk behind, he came outside to return it to us. I’m truly grateful and very pleased with the way the employees cared for their customers. Thank you Mr. Rich. 🙌👏

Reviewed by Icy Elbert: After such horrible service at Home Depot, I came here and lucked up and got a patient worker name Kevin who pondered on how to fix my shelf. He got me a L bracket and some screws and told me if it did not work to take back to any location. I worked on the shelf for a minute because I actually thought some brackets from another item I had would work since it had a level end but it didn't. Kevin was super amazing and wanted to know if things worked out. It did! I however had to take back his bracket and screws to the other closest location to get the correct size. Thanks so much Kevin. You were totally amazing. 1000/10

I waited 20 minutes for a manager to assist the self checkout cashier for an override regarding a price correction. Crystal was showing on the schedule, Jeremy was doing an interview and Rose was also paged. This is ridiculous all for a $10.00 price correction. When someone finally came to assist, (Kyle) an greetings was extended but no apology for my wait. Management, Leadership, Please do better. 2/10/26 So I followed called the number listed below but no results. The agent I spoke with had no idea why I was phoning. Additionally, after providing him with the google review complaint, he did nothing but ask me about "what happened" . I refused to go through explaining this again and our call ended. Now Customer Services gets a 1 star rating REDICULOUS

We went to the Macon Tech/Eisenhower Parkway location this morning, 1/21/2026. We received the BEST customer service. DaNaria and Audrey went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with buying a generator. They were so professional but yet very personable as well. They were also very knowledgeable and provided information that we would not have known to ask. They are definitely assets to the company and made this experience so easy. I worked for a Fortune 500 company that thrived on customer service and they exceeded my expectations!!
