There’s rats here. Don’t know how much Lowe’s cares about cleanliness but shopping somewhere that has rats definitely makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Worst customer service! The manager Reiet even came to talk to us gave us 20% off our purchase and when we went to pay did not honor that 20%, the CS rep suddenly gave us a long line of restrictions of what we could use it for! No one communicates there! I told him call manager. Awful experience! Cancelling credit card, they make shopping a hassle and headache. Not worth it. Going to ACE!

Clean and very large store! Great selection and was surprised to see Christmas decorations already on display. The employees were/are very attractive to their/my needs. Clean bathrooms and the aisles are neatly put together. Great place for furthering your home decor and restorations.

Zero star for delivery, I ordered a Frigidaire French door fridge, whirlpool washer and dryer from Lowes and made them deliver and install to my house. Delivery day comes; I got notifications that the delivery is on my way. Hours later and I never got a single phone call, so I called the delivery company and stated that the delivery guys did not show up and the manager told me that they cannot find my house, so they moved on to the next delivery. The fact that nobody notified me that they are lost and the manager promised to call me to re-deliver the appliances never called me back as well is so unprofessional. I hope Lowes will stop using this delivery company for lack of integrity and professionalism. I highly discourage anybody to use Lowes delivery services.

Ordered some moving boxes and they sent me the wrong items. When I called to try to rectify the situation I was told I would have to make a new order and drive to the store to return the incorrect items that were delivered. The entire reason I did the delivery is that I’m moving and currently do not have a car. I asked to speak with the manager but was told he was busy and to call back later. Completely unacceptable that this was their mistake and they did nothing to fix it.

Was going to make this complaint in person bc I believe it should be handled there. I’ve been a Lowe’s shopper for 5 years, I came in last week to the plumbing department. Worker Rene asked if I need any help which I replied” no just looking” I notice he kept an eye on me , which just made me feel uncomfortable. He kept walking by, just had a mean look on his face.He probably thought I was stealing.this has never happened , I was very upset

As a longtime Lowe’s customer, I wanted to let you know about a situation. We went into Lowe’s in Gilroy ,Ca yesterday about 10am. Got my free water bottle and then went to window blind area. I’ve decided to change out all my 21 yr old metal mini blinds with faux wood blinds. This constitutes 15 windows for my home. I found what I wanted but had questions about sizing etc. There was no assistant around after I had waited about 10 minutes. Desk was there, items on it so I thought someone would eventually be there. I walked up front to self checkout area and a nice lady called for assistance for me. I walked back but after 15 minutes no one ever came. Nor could I “flag down” anyone. I again went to lady and she called again. Still not response after lengthy wait. Understand that I am loyal Lowes customer. Just bought washer there, air conditioner, all lumber for rebuilding deck etc. But yesterday I walked out and told the lady who’d called for me that no one ever came so we were going to Home Depot to buy them all! I felt sad but had a project to get done. We did go there, got half the window coverings as a start and were assisted with our questions. I guess my question is, whats happened to Lowe’s??? Debbie B

So bad!!!! They have no managers to answer our questions. Went 110 miles to pick up our ordered items, and we came and half short of the total no.of items ordered. Earlier, Lowe's sent an email that it's our final pick up today to find out that they're very irresponsible when handling online orders. They can t stand by their word. We waited, and no one could give us answers. All of our expenses on gas, time, wear, and tear of our tires, expenses on food, and water all went to nothing. We are just small-time contractors, but who knows, time will tell. JERRY was so helpful in looking for ways to cover up for the lost orders! Thank you Jerry!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The cashier was very cheerful and Alexis handled all my cutting needs professionally and helpful. He stayed friendly and courteous all through cutting all 5 of my plywood pieces into 3-4 pieces each. Highly recommend!

I go here maybe about once a week on average. Never really need any help. But yesterday I needed something out of a lock cabinet and it was just a few feet away from the checkout. My coworker asked the cashier that we needed something out of the lock case. And she went ahead and let another employee know that we needed something out of the case and needed it unlocked. He walked by us and just kept walking towards the other side of the store. I just assumed he was helping somebody else at the moment but he never came back. Then about 10 minutes later another employee walked by and just ignored us too. I saw it was a combination lock and I figured I would try the store number. I looked at the lock and sure enough it was only two digits off from the store number so it worked so I just helped myself. It literally took seconds to unlock it.

9/25/2025 - Update for my case - According to the owner's response, I called the number and asked to transfer my call to talk to the owner, but the customer service on the call did not do. I told them about my case for the refund, and they did not know how to do. It has been more than 1 month by now, Lowe's Gilroy still did not refund me and my bank dispute is still pending the store review... To the owner ---> Sweet words without actions just make you look worse, and you don't listen anyway!!! It was my mistake to shop with the store, but will never do again!!! This is my first purchase with this store, and it will be the last. The customer service is very very bad, and their return handling is not to refund... I ordered a 36"x80" screen door online, and it was delivered on time but the screen door was broken when it arrived. I called many times and were told to return in person. (If I have a truck, why would I order online with delivery?) After I reached the store associate manager and sent them the pictures, a driver came to pick up the screen door. However, they still did not refund me after the screen door was returned, even after many calls. Right now, I had to go the bank dispute to get my refund (it will take 2 weeks, still ongoing). It is the worst shop experience in my whole life. I would like to let everyone know about my experience and wish that you will not have the same trouble, so don't shop with this store at all.

Always have a good experience whether needing help or information. Great staff. Justin was a big help! This tree took me 7 minutes by myself to put up. Wanted to share the end result! Of course, decorating took a minute! lol Very sturdy tree, great amount of branches and a great purchase!

Worst. Experience. Ever. Please do not shop at ANY Lowes. I had an appointment with Maria from appliances to help me with the return of my refrigerator that stopped working 6 months after I bought it. She told me to get there between 430-5 I got there at 425 the extremely rude associate at the customer service desk roller her eyes when I asked if she was in and said yeah she's back there....... ok. Waited 30 minutes while the appliance employees paged her numerous times come to find out she left early that day! Lowes credit services ended up refunding money to a card that I reported lost or stolen MONTHS before I even requested a refund and are basically telling me now there's nothing they can do. They picked up my refrigerator and have done absolutely nothing to try to make this right.

The store confirmed my order said it was picked and available for pick up and then called me and canceled saying they didn't have it in stock. Either learn to use your systems correctly or stop being dishonest. I'm not sure which it is.

I needed a rekey and Ray S was great. He did the rekey in ten minutes and it was perfect. We had tried to get it done somewhere else and they spent over an hour working on it and never accomplished the rekey. But Ray S got the job done in no time to perfection Thank you Ray S. !!

I normally have great experiences at this Lowe’s, but unfortunately my recent visit was disappointing. My mom was asking a simple question to clarify details about a warranty, and the associates Charity and Maria were unhelpful, short, and came across as quite rude and judgmental. This is also the second time I’ve had a similar interaction with Charity, which makes it even more frustrating. On a positive note, we absolutely love Kimberly. She’s bilingual, incredibly helpful, and takes the time to walk you through the process. Associates like her make a huge difference, and we wish there were more employees like her throughout the store. I still appreciate this location and it’s convenience of shopping here, and management can address the customer-service issues so future interactions reflect the otherwise positive experiences we know this Lowe’s can offer.

A few months ago I ordered countertops from Lowe’s. Before signing the order I specifically asked about the cancellation fee. At first the salesperson said it would be zero dollars if I canceled. I said that doesn’t sound right so she called the business office and they said it would be $150 to cancel. She asked them two or three times and they said it was $150.After I had problems with the contractor I canceled. Lowe’s charged me $1300 for a restocking fee, which they never restocked anything. I called twice to see if they would give me any of that back and they said no. Too bad it’s in the fine print. Also the contractor will not even take a faucet off. Be prepared to pay thousands extra for plumber and electrician. They won’t remove hoods or unplug stoves
