This is the best hand carwash I've been to. They do an excellent job but it's not cheap. They use to accept groupon which made the price more reasonable and I used to go every week but now I get my car washed once per month.

They do a wonderful job cleaning my Jeep Wrangle. I do usually go early in the morning. I never go at the end of the day, near closing time bc they must be tired and ready to go home. They are optimo, just like most people, in the morning. I love the new owners, I sometimes see them helping with the cleaning of the cars. That says a lot. I strongly suggest you try them in the early morning.

First and last time there, the people who work there are unprofessional, they don’t know what are they doing! .. they just want to finish the cars line waiting to get wash, they are using a broom to wash the car roof and they did some scratches on it, they don’t dry the car good, I had to dry the car again after I left .. worst experience ever stay away from this place if you care about your car

I ❤️ this car wash facility. The workers and the owner do an excellent job cleaning my car. They are very respectful and attentive if you ask them to do something. The owner is very professional and kind. I tried other hand car washing facilities this is the only place I always go back to.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! I WISH I HAD SEEN THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS PRIOR TO USING THEM! We left our car for detailing on 10/21/2020. Our windshield was intact. On pick up on 10/22/2020, the FRONT DRIVER's SIDE WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED! We called the police and the businesses' videos are poor quality and the officers could not zoom in to confirm the condition of the vehicle at drop off. They would not return the payment! These guys are SHADY and LIED to us and to the police. They are NOT honorable and lack integrity. BEWARE and GO ELSEWHERE!!!! We normally would have taken photos of my car but they came recommended by our mechanic. It was only after drop off that we realized it is a new owner. Take a photo of your mileage and all sides of your car before leaving it with these guys! BETTER YET DON'T TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH SUCH A DISREPUTABLE BUSINESS! They don't give you any document or claim ticket when you drop off the car. They didn't give us a receipt either so we would have no evidence of service if we took them to court. I would never recommend them to anyone! They charged $220 to clean a 2012 BMW coupe. The detailing was mediocre. I should have cleaned the car myself! I would have done a much better job and save myself cost of repairing their damage to my windshield!

If you're going for a car wash just go for option 1 and 2. The others offer no value and you get the same subject par service. I took 10 minutes to clean my car after they were done wiping it off. Not good service at all. Edit 2023. The oil change is now closed so don't come here for an oil change.

One of the best car washes I have ever been to. It wash everything by hand then you go to the machines. The prices is excellent and the quality of work is excellent. The best thing I like got them the honest. About five months ago I went to one on 17 next to the party box . Too pricey and then do a very good job.

I went for an exterior wash and they said nomade me get out of the line. Reason because other cars were getting more than just a wash. If I could leave -0 I would don't waste your time here they are no good ..

Wonderful job! Would rate 5+ stars. Car came out looking nice and shiny. My red paint of my old car was starting to look dull, and this car service brought it back to life! They did a great job of removing my golden retrievers stubborn shedding hair. My autistic son who gets stimulated a lot said the car felt very nice, fresh and comfortable. Owner works hard and so do employees. Prices are reasonable than where I come from. It is a nice luxury I treat myself to every few weeks 😊

First and last time I take my car to that place to wash, first one of the workers had a bad attitude and second I paid for "the most expensive service" they have on their list and inside my car was the same, I didn't see the before and after difference

This is my favorite place for getting my oil change done because they use Mobil-1 products and do a very thorough job inspecting everything. Afterwards you get a free car wash and they do the full exterior and interior, which I didn’t expect and it’s all by hand! Once I didn’t have time to get my pickup truck washed afterward and the owner gave me a voucher so that I could come and get it done any time which really came in handy this month when we had to get the truck cleaned last minute for a procession. They’re very thoughtful and kind, thank you!

This is an overdue review, as I’ve finally given them one more chance today and nothing has changed. I mean, something has definitely changed because this place used to be amazing. Not anymore. Today I paid for gold wash (I’ve gotten basic and platinum- all the same end result: disappointing). exterior wash, windows and vacuum. Looking at these photos- nothing was vacuumed. I do has a dog, I do clean my car myself and know that when vacuuming it takes me 20 mins to vacuum the hair out of the entire car. Her hair comes out pretty easily and when they’re at 5 guys working on my car and I’m paying for the service, it should definitely look better than this. Never coming here again. I come for convenience as it’s so close to my house. I’ll drive a little further on the rare occasion I don’t do it myself.

Hand car wash but goes through the rail. Just washed my car there and immediately as I left my tire lit up. The rail sliced my whole tire!!! Costing me $300!!!! Now they won’t even answer the phone!!!!

Terrible. Drove here for nothing. There was no indication that Exterior cleaning only was not being done. I didn't need my interior cleaned so they refused to service my vehicle. Absolutely great service!

Worst service I have ever experienced, mean cleaner and the owner does not care about the service even if you point him at was the problem, just paid for the #2 Platinum wash which supposedly includes mat cleans and vacuum, didn’t clean the mats well, left multiple stains (bird poop) and the car wash even dried well, when I complained that I wasn’t satisfied the owner just told me I paid for a car wash NOT A DETAILED!!! The audacity, disgusting service please don’t go here!
