Had the worst experience with this car wash. I will never go back.

I would review the store but they decided to close at 9 on a Friday night not a huge deal paid at the pump decided to get a car wash pull up to the wash signage blocking the entrance that says open from 6am to 12am daily I guess 930pm doesn't fall between those times not impressed Update finally used the soft cloth wash what a waste of 13 bux front end not even touched sides spotty and good looks like trash don't waste your money drive through a dirty mud puddle you would be better off

So last month I went to fill up my vehicle as always. It just so happens that it was also the coldest day of the year. I tried to get my payment entered at the pump and the machine is asking me all kinds of weird questions if I have rewards or have a phone number. There just so happens to also have incorrect button instructions listed for this new maze of questions I'm guessing. I saw no way to avoid questioning on the instructions poorly listed and incorrect. I am left with only the basic dial pad so I hit no. It asks me again. I hit no. It asks me again. I hit no. It says my payment was cancelled after hitting no the last time to get the questions to go away. I now have to go into the store and have to pay my gas in advance at the register in order to PUMP GAS AND LEAVE. Upon future visits I begin to see people being asked as well as myself if they have rewards with them and some people that do giving out their phone number as the only means to actually join this absurd system. Is it just me or is it the best place to give out personal info at a gas station or grocery store, busy, and surrounded by people in line with nothing to do but overhear everything said? Even at the self checkouts the machine will loudly tell me "REWARDS NOT ACTIVATED. PLEASE BACK UP AND RETURN TO ACTIVATE REWARDS NOW." Is this ideal to pump gas? Not in the slightest. I will be going anywhere else to fill up my tank that doesn't want my phone number, rewards number, date of birth etc. just to pump gas. Sears is closing more and more stores everyday. But I guess rewards pressure works in customer service right? Ask me a million times and refuse my sale. I will find normal places to go for basic needs.

I've had time to mull this over and just have to review. I've never had a worse customer service experience as the last two times I've been to this gas station. The first one I just ran in to grab food before work and I was standing in line with one customer ahead and one behind. In the middle of her conversation with the customer in front of me the cashier pulls out her eye drops and puts them in. I gagged because I am so protective about my eyes that I would never do that in front of customers. The man behind me left. The second time was three days later. I pulled up to a pump in front of the window so I'd have a straight shot in and out of the gas station because I needed to get my grandmother home after her eye surgery. I pressed the pay inside button, they APPROVED me to pump. Seventy five cents into pumping they stopped the pump because my front license plate was in my window and not on my car saying, "I'm sorry pump 5 you'll have to come in and prepay because you don't have the front license plate on your vehicle." I thought it was a mistake at first because they had approved me. To my embarrassment I flew into a rage and grabbed my license plate and stormed inside. Near tears and in disbelief that I was doing this I asked if I could use the More rewards if I prepaid knowing full well that I couldn't. Then I showed them my license plate and said, "Well then, here is my license plate." "For the Honda? I nod. "I will but just so you know it's our policy..." By this time I had said thank you and had been walking away, at the mention of policy I half yelled, "I NEVER had this happen before." I filled I came into pay, that was that. I acknowledge that I was THAT customer, but there were other ways to more tactfully resolve the situation other than stopping the pump after approving me and just telling me that I needed to park the other way next time so you could have seen my plates. There were more spiteful ways I could have felt with the situation. I'm sorry for how I acted, but the way it was handled was equally abhorrent.

This was my favorite place to shop close to home but today the cashier made the experience unpleasant she grabbed my stuff in a angry manner rang it up asked if I wanted a receipt and that was the end of the conversation. If you hate your job quit don't take it out on strangers you know nothing about. It's a younger blond woman I didn't care to catch a name I don't get paid to manage the place. I'll just go elsewhere and tell everyone I know to do the same.

Went in again today thinking I might have a better experience I was greeted by two younger females that had nothing to say the whole time I was checking out today great customer service guys. Then they wonder why they are the run down cashwise store with bad reviews. Keep up the good work though. It's reflecting on y'all very well. Maybe if you paid them more they wouldn't hate it so much or maybe it's just a bad place to work who knows.

I just wanted to say thank you, you were awesome. I also let Google know that the comments by the old employees have been flagged as conflict of interest. This place deserves a fair chance at reviews . Give them a shot and then give your honest opinion...or not

I am very disappointed in this car wash... When it is working, the wash does a mediocre job at best... It stopped mid wash one time and left my car full of soap... I do not recommend... Go to Circle K
