Don't usually go to this location. The lady that took my order was very flat and made me feel like she didn't want to be bothered. It made me a little nervous but it had been a long day and I was hungry. The man that actually gave me my order was very friendly. I wish I knew his name. He definitely made up for my negative first impression

They did not get my order, right. Or the persons that was there ahead of me. The air is broken in there. They do not wear gloves. And when I asked, they said they wash their hands every 30 minutes, but I did not see not one of them leave to go wash their hands. Horrible customer service. Will not be going back there again.

Mildred Road Pizza Hut always takes pride and quality in their product. They put out most of the time. They're very friendly and helpful. I have ran into two cases where they weren't but at least the quality of the food is always superb. I drive out of my way to go to this locations because the other ones need help, especially the one on woodruff Road.

I tried calling little Caesars to let the person know she gave me a wrong changes I gave her $20 and the total was $7.07 and she gave me $7.93 where is the $5 at??? They won’t answer the phone. That’s why she folded with the receipt with the money but I’ll come back for the rest of my charges people makes mistakes and I do make mistakes myself!! From now on I will start counting my changes back.

Got a pepperoni light sauce and a thin crust pepperoni there was so much sauce on the thin crust that my husband couldn’t even pick it up without sauce dripping from the pizza and my original pizza wasn’t light sauce either but I’m so thankful it didn’t have as much as my husband’s pizza. Now we just spent a little less than $10 on a pizza we can’t even eat and have to buy him something else to eat and when I called them they put me on hold and then hung up and when I called back they did the same thing! I’m so not going back there

Hot and fresh is right with this location!! They are quick too!! I got to try the new pretzel crust and it was delicious!! A little too much salt on the crust but that can be worked around with a brush off by my hands. My friend had the Italian Sausage extra most bestest and they got his order right with the light sauce change. All in all worth a visit if u don't feel like doing the dishes 😉

When I called back and told them about it and said I could not bring the pizza back they said that was fine and they gave me a new pizza the following day. No hassle no fuss and that was fantastic. I want to shout out the crew who made my 60 pizza order while serving carry outs and drive thru orders simultaneously! They are rock stars!!!!! This location has the best customer service! The woman at the drive through window and registers was so friendly and helpful. This particular location stays so busy as well. They also keep the place extremely clean. The food was delicious and hot! I'm a fan of pretzels so I decided to get the stuffed pretzel pizza and it was on point! The stuffed cheesy bread was so buttery and garlicy! Just the way I like them. I would get everything again. I recommend you trying this place if you enjoy pizza at a low price.

Gave 4 stars for atmosphere because it's pick up only. No problems, just doesn't apply. The pizza is consistently good here. It's a little salty (we don't like sweet pizza sauce), so it's perfect for us. We order on the app and pick up inside. Fast, easy, and tasty!
