I would have given 1 star but they did a good job on the inside. The outside is a different story. I thought they did a good job but then I went to eat at Spencer's and noticed abundance of huge water spots all on my hood. I went back after eating and they didn't own up to it, stating it was from sprinklers.....I wasn't anywhere near sprinklers during that hour....horrible customer service not owning up or offering to fix the problem.

This was my 3rd time at this car wash. 1st two trips service was really good, they did excellent job on my car. I was very satisfied. This particular visit, they did a terrible job, very dissatisfied. Tires were only partially clean. As if they were in a rush and I was only one there. I won't be going back.

STAY AWAY! Unless you want a scratched up windshield on a brand new truck. This was the only place it was washed at in Bakersfield. It arrived the night before from a long drive and had the bugs. We brought it in to wash it and ends up the worst decision as we left with the entire windshield fully scratched up. The worst was not even attempting to provide a solution. He told us that wasn't done here.

I take my Corvette here and they make her shine. They do a fabulous job every time and I never have to worry about streaks on the windows. They are meticulous and thorough. Vacuuming, car wash, and hand drying and interior cleaning. Great place to go for top notch inside and out car cleaning services.

I had my brand new Subaru that I bought last week hand washed here today. It was washed at the dealership who has the correct products to wash their new vehicles. My brand new paint job now has swirls all in it because this hand car wash business used improper equipment to wash and dry the car with. If you’re going to advertise hand, car wash, you need to understand how to do the job correctly.

My Christmas gift from the husband this year was a detail for the hand me down car that I've had the past 4 years. Although their posted hours advertise being open until 4:00pm on Sundays, they really only operate until 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:55pm on a Sunday only to have them turn me away because they were closed. I would caution that the other listed closing times are inaccurate as well. On the plus side, this is the only place in town I've found that does a true hand wash - no spinning flaps, no gimmicky add-ons, just a great wash by good people that leaves my car shining every time. Been a regular here for about 5 years and they have increased the price during that time, as well as added on a credit card processing fee.

I've been coming here for about a year maybe longer now and I haven't been disappointed yet. I prefer a hand wash over the drive through washes because they don't clean the car at all. The staff here is friendly and the pricing is worth the work they do.

I advise no one to ever come here! First of all they broke part of my rear view mirror without even telling me and they parked my car facing forward so that I wouldn’t notice the crack. Second thing was some how they managed to dent the lock on the interior door panel and separate the leather from the panel on the passenger side. Third and worst of all they kept laughing and making racist remarks the entire time thinking that I didn’t speak Spanish which in fact I do. All I can say is these aren’t honest or nice people and they did a terrible job on my car, thanks for skrewing things up for me and to think that I gave you a $5 tip 😡.

As a matter of fact, they did so good on the first car we took 2 more of our cars over there! We will FOR SURE be taking all of our cars there from now on! I’ve been here 2–3 times, and each visit the price has gone up. The first time, the service was good — which is the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. On my most recent visit, I actually left without getting service because of yet another price increase. The last time I did get my car cleaned, they missed several spots including the gear shift, cup holders, and a sticky residue on the back hatch. I don’t mind paying more for quality work, but not for mediocre service.
