On December 9th, I ordered a roll cage from Legend Auto Parts. Later that day, I was informed that due to a system glitch, the price was higher than what I was originally charged. I agreed to pay the revised amount. According to their website, small items are delivered within a week, while larger items like suspension kits take 1-3 weeks to ship via freight. A week later, I followed up on my order, only to be told that the part needed to be manufactured—a detail not mentioned on their website. I asked for an estimated delivery date but received no clear answer. Since then, I’ve called multiple times and sent numerous emails over the past month, all without a single response. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company and will continue to pursue a full refund. My advice: avoid Legend Auto Parts. Their service has been awful from start to finish. Look elsewhere for your auto parts needs.
