The service rep was very nice and cooperative when I had my oil changed and tires rotated. And it was done in a timely manner. But I asked specifically for them to use Honda all synthetic oil because it is all I’ve ever put in my car. When I arrived home, it said on my ticket they had used Mobil 1 All Synthetic oil and I wasn’t happy. I called my rep to express my concern. He said he would check into it and call me back. He did, about 20 minutes later. He said he had talked to the service manager who told him they had used Mobil 1 oil until recently but that they now they use Honda all Synthetic. He said they had made a mistake on my ticket, that someone had forgotten to change my ticket and others that we were getting Honda All synthetic oil now. I hope this is accurate. Before moving to the area I lived in the Nashville Area where I always used Darrel Waltrip Honda for all my service. There was no question I would be getting nothing but Honda all synthetic oil from the first oil change. As I said, I hope this is accurate because I never change to different oil brand or weights ever. If it is not Honda Oil (All Synthetic) I simply need to know, so I can go to a different dealership. Thank you.

I found the sales rep (Tremon) and the managing staff to be helpful and forthcoming in the process of identifying a vehicle and negotiating the terms of the purchase. They were open to discussion and mutually arriving at a reasonable purchase that was fair to both sides. Much better purchasing experience than I have experienced in the past at other dealers.

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass on 9/17. Upon looking at the vehicle I noticed that it did not have a spare tire. During negotiations with salesman Gage Anderson, we came to an agreement that they would get me a spare tire. This is also noted on the “we owe you form”. I’ve emailed a few times since 9/17 asking for an update on my spare tire and it’s always “we just haven’t had any cars come in like yours to take a spare tire from”. I even asked, why not just purchase one online? That seems like the most logical thing to do right? I received no response. After you drive off the lot they expect you to just kick rocks on down the road. My son and his girlfriend are now in the market for cars and they have witnessed my experience with Lee’s summit Honda. I cannot recommend Lee’s Summit Honda as reputable dealer despite the 4.6 star rating. It’s December 10th and I am still waiting on a spare tire for my Jeep. I would steer clear. They don’t care about you. Update: A spare tire was ordered the next day after posting this review and I now have my spare tire. Thank you so much Lee’s Summit Honda!

Just have to tell you what a good (okay, great) experience I had at your service department a few days ago. Just getting an 8:15 am oil change and tire rotation. Gentleman who waited on me at station # 1 was friendly, thorough and professional. I took his business card but have misplaced it. One of the best experiences I have had in dealing with a customer service representative.

My latest service appt was one of the best service appts I’ve had lately. I really enjoyed the staff’s patience with my questions, and I appreciated their explanation and clarification. After my complementary multipoint inspection, seeing the videos the techs took of my vehicle was a nice assurance too. It allowed me to see what is going on with my vehicle, and not just a random part or report. I also really valued that while waiting for the service to be completed and I walked around the showroom, I wasn’t bombarded or hounded by salespeople. They checked in on me occasionally but it was the right amount of detail

The young lady helping me get set for my Son’s car’s recall fix was very good at her job…she gave me all the information upfront about what was going to be done, about how long it would take, and the process. *One note to make was that the lady I set up the appointment with, different person, did not tell me that I need to have as little amount of gas as possible prior to the repair, so when the Service rep told me I had too much gas, which could cause spilling during repair, I was not happy…had I known, I wouldn’t hah be filled up my tank as much, that day. All that being said, the Service rep was great, the technicians got my Son’s car done way before the timeframe I was told it would take, so all-in-all I was happy.

First time anyone in my family has gotten a Honda, I arrived on the lot and was greeted by Gage. He was super helpful + knowledgeable on what the car I wanted had to offer. The color car I wanted wasn’t available so I was going to have to settle, until he double checked and made everything I was looking for happen! The whole team was super welcoming and definitely went above and beyond so I could take the car home that same day. I would recommend Honda to everyone!

Travis Johnson was my service advisor today. I highly recommend Travis, along with Keith Allen. I have not always had the best experience here at Honda, but today I walked away with a smile and more hope for humanity and women in this world to be treated with respect, fairness, kindness, professionalism and chivalry. I'm blown away by Travis' soft, but lighthearted and professional manner. I felt he truly cared about my experience improving and my safety, most of all. I could go on and on about his attention to detail today on this very frigid January day. As a survivor of dv, it's most important to me to have male service providers who are attuned to their privilege and power over a woman and that they have awareness not to belittle or minimize us in such an intimidating environment as car service can be. Travis got this middle-aged, Gen X, hard-to-please woman some great deals I desperately need in this economy. He was open and honest about my future service needed and showed me pictures so I could judge for myself. He clearly trusted me and himself in ways I've not often seen. I do admit i saw some wonderful things of all the male service professionals today that warmed my heart. It felt like a family friendly environment more than ever. I also want to give a huge shout out to Leslie in sales for remembering me, my story and helping to direct me to the correct and appropriate employees to talk about other service offers to save me money. She also helped direct me to her very competent GSM. I came back in after being serviced to ask the delightful Leslie how I could compliment the correct employees to get the credit they are due. I didn't tell her she was going to be on my list☺️. Everytime I've encountered Leslie in the last 3.5 years, she has been an excellent stellar professional who goes out of her way to help everyone. It's no wonder they have her desk placed at the front of the doorway to greet with a friendly smile and helpful information. She was managing every single task and person who came her way even while talking with me. I felt incredibly valued, worthy and respected in her presence and under her wing. It's so important to have female members on the team to show that diversity is beneficial for everyone. I have noticed there are 3 females prominent here now I didn't used to see. I felt a part of your team today, as I have at different moments in this dealership, which made me feel safe and happy. I bought my Odyssey here new in 2018 and loved my salesman and experience, otherwise, this picky efficiency-focused degreed engineer would have likely purchased a Toyota next door. Thank you Honda for finally trying to win me over again in a way that truly impressed me on a day I was in need. Good work! Keep it up!

Absolutely a seamless and excellent experience. Aaron Connolly is quick in responding to my questions and concerns. He assisted me the best way possible. The follow up call from Aaron did show me that they take the business seriously (I’ve been to other Honda dealers. They could care less on how you feel after handing you the key and collect the money. Hence I never came back!). Johnny was another excellent experience. He did his job far beyond thorough. The service manager reached out to me for future services. NONE of this happened with other dealers. Once again, NONE. I am looking forward to do more business with Lee’s Summit Honda. Great dealership and service department. They tell it to you straight forward and they are friendly people. Zion showed me what he was working on and even wiped down part of my engine bay. Natalia took extra time to walk me through a large repair and was very careful to explain everything. Jon has been wonderful. If you can't afford the recommended repairs, he will explain what the priorities are. Great people. I definitely recommend them!

The best experience ever buying a car! Ray was very down to earth, made it a fun experience for my daughter as her first car purchase and had her laughing the entire time. She had Ray putting in hundreds of steps to walk the entire car lot to ensure she found her perfect car. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better salesman and day!

I came in for an oil change. They charged me for a punctured tire even though I have tire coverage… they couldn’t figure out how to apply the coverage and said a manager would call Monday (it’s Saturday). As I’m driving off the tire pressure gauge goes off on the tire they “fixed” and it wasn’t leaking before the “fix.” I immediately call back and they tell me they can’t help me because the shop closes at 4 and it’s 3:59. So basically they charged me even though I have tire coverage to create a leak that wasn’t there… and then told me you’ll have to call back Monday and make an appointment to have us “fix” it again. I’m supposed to be driving tomorrow… I have work on Monday. I will never take my car back to this disgrace of a dealership ever again after being completely screwed. I can’t get supplies for our Super Bowl party now, can’t get to work on Monday… they don’t care, already got my money. Manager didn’t care to answer the transfer call or call me back. Uber it is… To be clear, I came in for an oil change… tires were fine until they got to them. It’s 10pm, I left messages for managers… yeah they don’t care. Wish i never went in for them to open a leak in a tire and leave me completely stranded. Still no call after multiple messages left, ya they definitely don’t care. Im going to have to pay someone else to fix their damage so I can go to work tomorrow… awesome. Thanks so much Lee’s Summit Honda
