I walked in with one Epson printer in need of repair and walked out with an additional one. I found Dustin to be bright, knowledgeable, and experienced as well as very easy to deal with. Because I live a long distance from his shop, he was able to rejigger his schedule so that I would not have to return on a different day to pick up the repaired printer. Dustin did an excellent job helping me weigh the pros and cons of repairing my old Epson Surecolor P7000 vs purchasing a new Surecolor P 7570. He was very patient listening to my concerns. As I digital artist, the updates related to color appealed to me along with many other improvements such as ability to clean the print head .We set up a delivery date when the weather was conducive to prevent any damage to the printer. On the day of delivery, Dustin and his co-worker arrived in a timely manner. I have narrow doors and hallways but they were very careful when transporting the printer. They made sure the printer was synced to my IMac for printing and provided some instruction on the new features. My old printer was taken for recycling along with a used Surecolor 900. I highly recommend their service and will contact Lasers Edge in the future regarding printer issues.★★★★★ a year ago
