Spent $300 on parts and labor and they couldn't even rinse the car off! It was brought in for the windshield washer fluid not working the least they could have done is clean the windshield and back glass it's covered in salt and road grime.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for Jake from Mitsubishi he is gone above and beyond getting me into a car, and then fixing some issues I had with the car due to a recall hands down the best customer service I have encountered when it comes to buying a car

Sam done a pretty good. But I don't know if Brain ( another worker ) didn't give him my message or what. I called and told Brian my truck don't work and my top is not closing. They just told me it was a seal and vent holes. They didn't check the rest of what is worng with my car. Then come on $120 just for that come the poop on.

Went to look for something my brother could pay cash for. He had 6 grand to spent. We asked a salesman where used vars were and he said they had nothing that ran on his price range. We looked anyway and found the perfect vehicle and the perfect salesman. Ty Landmark!

I went into this dealership on short notice. Then I was able to have a very skilled salesman put me into a vehicle that was what I was searching for. ( Even though; I didn't know what I was searching for). Through what seemed like some thaumaturgic ritual, this salesman granted me access to the vehicle of my choice as if he were some sort of Oracle! - - - 10/10 will recommend Adam!!<3

Experience was great. Sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. I will send in friends and family and would highly recommend stopping buy if your looking for a new car. They were all great to deal with from the salesperson to the managers.

Just bought a 2021 bronco here about a year ago. I have a set belt sensor warning that just popped up I call just to try and have them look at it really quickly. I was told they couldn’t help with a safety issue and I should call someone else on a warranty fix. So basically they don’t care about customer safety after you buy a vehicle.

I went in on August 13th and bought a used 2014 Fiat 500L Trekking that iI was told they had on their lot since May. I was told there was a new clutch plate (it's manual) and a new altinator which I thought was awesome. I signed the papers and was sold what the finance guy said was gap insurance and bumper to bumper warranty for 3yrs or 36,000 miles, I never received any of my paperwork except the registration and the tax paper for the state. I was happy and we drove the 3 hours back home. The next day the check engine light came on when I took it to the store, I have a code reader and it said P0073. I wrote the sales man Jeffery Smothers and told him what was happening and he said to bring it in and they will look at it. I also received an email from Aaron Philips the sales manager asking if i had a good experience and saying if I needed anything to let him know, so I emailed him and told him what was hapoening. I drove the 3 hours there and was told it was giving altinator codes and they didn't have one but could get it there from Chicago. So I drove my 3 hours back home to return back two days later. I spent about $70 on gas going back and forth, they also tried to charge me $2,082 for the altinator on the car I bought the week before WITH A WARRANTY. The service engine light came back on when I was on my way to Colorado to see my son in the Army a couple days after the altinator was replaced. I emailed Aaron and he told me he would get with my sales consultant and try to come up with a solution. I was texted by my sales person Jeff and said they weren't going to fix the car because they already paid $1800 for an altinator. DO NOT GO TO LANDMARK FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY ON A CAR AND TO FIX IT. I will be contacting the general manager AND the BBB! I refuse to be taken advantage of! I'm a Veteran that gave my life for this country to be crapped on over a used car! needless to say I'm highly agitated

Horrible service at the landmark Chrysler Jeep location in Springfield Illinois. I took my Jeep in to repair a rear main seal that was leaking. After the repair, when I got home, I noticed a large amount of fluid leaking, I took it back to Landmark and they said the transmission pan gasket was brittle and leaking, $550.00 to replace the gasket and pan. What?? The transmission pan and gasket were fine when I took it in and it was not leaking, now it is pouring fluid out due to a brittle gasket?? They also state you have to replace the pan because they damage them when prying them off the transmission. But hey they won't charge me for the labor - gee thanks - I talked to the the general manager (Nick Short), the best he could do was "well, if you don't want the pan replaced and only replace the gasket, we can cross our fingers and reduce the parts by $113.00" Well, if you hired competent technicians, I would not need to replace anything and they should be able to remove the pan without damaging it. I will have it towed from their lot to a place that knows how to service a vehicle without damaging it and then try to have the customer pay for it at a high price. I wonder how many customers fall this line, Last time I spend any money or time at this place. Follow up: I took my Jeep to a respectable service department, they spent over an hour cleaning the undercarriage of transmission fluid, tightened and clipped all lines back into place, replaced 4 bell housing bolts that were missing. They found NO damage to the transmission pan, no brittle gasket. It looks like someone forgot to tighten the lines and they thought I would simply pay them $550.00 for this but when I unexpectedly had my Jeep towed off the lot they did not have time to loosen them again - complete crooks - don't take your vehicle here!!

Purchased a new 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willy's. I don't even live in Springfield. I was in the area from northern Illinois. I have never been treated so nicely. I was able to make the deal I wanted on the Jeep that I was looking for. The whole Landmark Team was so professional and absolutely great to deal with. Thank you Scott Tureskis!!!

We purchased a 2020 ford explorer platinum and the following day had 2 rear tire sensors go out. We asked about them taking a look and they said they worked when they sold it...i said ok. Also the day after we purchased it a rattle in the dash occurred, verry annoying to drive, told them about it and they said there's nothing they could do because it would involve taking dash apart, wth? Then a few days later a lite on the dash came on saying service lighting system, so I looked and it was a head light. I called the parts department at ford and a new head light was $1,600 WTH!! The whole assembly needs replaced as its LED not a bulb. We are getting no help from ford on helping with the multiple problems within 2 weeks of having purchased it. We went into the dealership and asked several people in service department with our salesman to try to get help with over $3,000 in repairs that needed done and haven't owned the vehicle 2 weeks. A gentleman named Chris in service asked rudely...what do you want us to do about it ...they were verry rude, we asked if they could help in some of the repairs and the answer was no! we have other customers at the moment. We are verry unhappy with what transpired at this place and they didnt want to give us any time to speak about it or tell us who to talk to about it. I have bought alot of vehicles, this was our worst experience by far. I will do what i can to push people away from Landmark and go elsewhere. Not sure what to do to fix the issues. I Have a newer vehicle that needs $3,000 worth of work that I haven't even owned for 2 weeks..we're PISSED!!!

Terrible communication, sold the car I inquired about and didn't even bother to tell me until we got there. And didn't have anything equivalent for sale. Won't be going back.

I take my car for its maintenance services (oil change and tire rotation) just did on May 15 and I'm not sure whats the deal in the service department but they over filled my tires said they were going to wash and vacuum out after servicing car was done I think they did it this time but every appt prior to the 15th. Gal told me to drive it home and it should go off if not call back and make another appointment with them which is what I am going to do today. Praying that works out and no cash out my pockets. 🙏
