Al inicio había más atención y dedicación a lo que hacían, lamentablemente se dañaron. Entregan los autos con muchos chivos, pagas por servicio de tratamiento en el interior y lo pasan super mal. Los empleados cantando y hablando sin ninguna dedicación al trabajo y sin supervisor, muy triste.

Me cobraron 65 por un trabajo igual que la máquina de Charlie Boy. No hay detailing, no tienen maquinas. Me cobraron la cera liquida y si no les cuestiono cuando me dieron la guagua, la hubiera pagado de más. No hay gerencial no servicio al cliente. No lo recomiendo si quieres un buen trabajo

Siempre llevaba mis carro a lavar aquí, pero de un tiempo para acá, los plásticos los deja sucios, los interiores no limpian los platicos de las puertas, los cristales manchados y las entre puertas sucias. Definitivamente no vuelvo.

No tienen atención al detalle en el interior. Las alfombras apenas les pasaron vaccum y ni decir de los asientos y la parte posterior. Solía traer mi guagua aquí, pero la calidad del trabajo ya no es la misma. No hay supervisión alguna.

Got our rental cleaned here before we returned it. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I’d recommend anyone renting a car and visiting the beach, come by before returning it to avoid any cleaning fees.

I frequently drive for Uber which requires vehicle cleanliness. I’m reading some of the reviews and I’m surprised that people expect detailing work for under $100. This is my spot for car washes. They wash by hand and leave my car spotless in under half an hour every single time (21 Nissan Rogue). Interiors were thoroughly vacuumed and tires were meticulously shined. On every wash in this place, there are 3-4 employees working on the car every step of the way. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a better variety of car fresheners so I could buy it all there and not have to stop at a Walmart. For the price it definitely beats Charlie Boy in that they clean your interiors. Again, if you’re a stickler for a speck of dust, Then pay for a detailing service that will cost you 3 times as much and will take a single employee 2-3 hours to keep your car spotless. Now if you want to pay $40 for a hand washed car, thoroughly vacuumed, not one single grain of sand, a wash as close to detailing as you can possibly get… Then this is the place to go. Keep up the great work team!

Excellent experience! I’ve been looking for a nice and inviting carwash in Rio Grande’s vicinity to frequent and I think I’ve found it. This is the location at Los Colobos. Car looks amazing! Great customer service. Clean place. Highly recommend!
