We were at this store from 8 to 9 AM this morning. When we were ready to check out, only one register was open with a cashier. We got in her line and were behind one customer. As we started putting our groceries on the belt, the cashier left. After a while, we saw her heading down one of the isles toward the back of the store. She left her position with customers in her line and groceries on the belt. After waiting way too long for her to return, we picked up our groceries and went to a self check out lane. The cashier did return at some point, but she should never have left. My husband said we will not come back. I would rather shop at Publix anyway.

I’ve been going to this kroger since I purchased my home in Macon they have the worst staff I’ve ever seen very rude very unhelpful, but I continue to go it’s close beats Walmart Yesterday was the worst experience of my life. I was so disrespected by an employee in the meat department named Queen. Every employee I spoke to about it said oh yeah, I know who yup she’s rude Took it to the manager she needs to investigate!! Go Figure!! To be continued

I have tried for the last 45 minutes to get in touch with the pharmacist. I have lung problems. I cannot walk like I used to and it’s hard for me to get someone to help me go to get my medication. I called customer service in the main store. The young lady connected me with the pharmacist again, and again no answer and that took 20 minutes. She said they could be at lunch. I start calling at 3:45 it is now 5:01. I thought we went to lunch from 1:30 until 2:00. It is 5:05 now I’m going to try again if I can’t get anyone, I am changing where I get my medication. I have not posted anything in the past I should have because the females that work at that pharmacy are rude and disrespectful. The only professional that is there is the pharmacist himself. I shop at that Kroger a lot, I am seriously thinking about going to another pharmacy, there need to be some changes in that pharmacy.

Some of the workers here are incredibly rude. I also stood in the self checkout for 15 minutes with the call attendant light flashing! There were three workers around who looked at me multiple times and just went to looking at their phones. Finally sent my son over to ask a question about it and he came back to tell me we had to go through a regular checkout. Great so when you see the call for help flashing DO YOUR JOB AND HELP!!

Instead of reducing items that have clearly expired, they should be trashing them: The white cheese has went bad and they are still trying to sell it. Disgusting and unsafe. They can’t be trusted at this prison Kroger 😩🤣

Bathroom was wet on floors; I assumed it was just water but after going in, there was this AWFUL chemical smell, like bleach. I could hardly breathe in that bathroom let alone doy business. I had to rush in order not to be suffocated by the chemicals 🤢

Horrible online pick up service, they cancel orders at random and will give you any excuse as to why. The managers are unprofessional and will throw each other under the bus just to keep from accepting responsibility as a whole that they messed up. The last manager I spoke with flat out told me to shop at another Kroger because if he could be at a better store he would. It never fails that any stores in a "black" area is of low quality including the staff and this isn't because of the patrons its because they purposely spend less money and time on stores in our areas. I will NEVER shop here again.

My wife and I went in the store today and had a peaceful time shopping but being that I was using AFFIRM , I've had some pretty bad experiences at checkout...However there's a cashier with a bubbly yet professional attitude that took her time to check us out even though she wasn't feeling well. She even showed me how to use my Google wallet to cut my time when I'm at checkout..My wife and I said that our new grocery store is Kroger #411. We just hope that all the cashiers are as friendly, courteous, and professional as "AALIYAH". Thanks for making our 1st time Kroger shopping experience a great one.🫶🫶

The store "opens" at 6am but this location for two mornings in a row have been closed. This morning I was informed by a worker outside that " The store is closed there is no cashier she is late." In what world has this been acceptable? It's not a Mom and Pops groceries. Do better.

I am beyond flabbergasted and annoyed with the customer service I experienced so on October 15th I placed a pickup order the guy calls me I didn't get his name that's neither here nor there and he tells me that my order doesn't allow substitutions and I'm like okay cool whatever so he said they had a truck come in and they're going to check the truck to see if they have any of my items so they can start working on my order no problem. About 15-20 minutes later same guy calls me back and tells me the items that I'm requesting are not available so I said okay well that's fine again it's not my first rodeo going through this so whatever's not available obviously common sense don't get it and whatever is available that's in my shopping cart that I wanted just get it and bring it to me the guy tells me well since my request for no substitutions they can't complete my order and in my mind I'm so confused because when why is it you can't complete the rest of my order when I don't want substitutions for certain things but everything else that I don't mind substitutions for you can't complete it make it make sense. And then his comments saying well we only typically go for orders that allow substitutions basically when I hear something like that that's telling me you just don't want to do it and that's fine cancel my order but Kroger you have got to do better.

Kroger on president Parkway The employee that work are so unpleasant. Especially to seniors, if you ask someone to just help you with the digital coupon on your phone no one in the entire store can help you plus there customers service is horrible they don't smile they never ask if they can help you. Kroger on forsyth Rd and Zebulon road the staff there are so nice they help everyone and anyone that needs help, at both of thesr Krogers the staff smiles. It doesn't take much to be nice and kind especially when your paycheck is basically coming from people spending money in the business they're working at and representing. I tell you I shopped at Kroger on presidential way on 10/10/25 And from now on I will be shopping at the Kroger on Forsyth Rd and Zebulon Rd from now on hope other seniors fell the same as I do.

Steer clear from this store for Pick Up orders! I had to reserve the last slot for pick up and waited for over 30 minutes for my order to never be brought out. Upon going in store I was told to either: A: shop it myself B: pick it up the next day and loose the 4x the fuel point coupon since it wouldn’t be a Friday pick up C: cancel I had pick up order specific coupons so shopping in store wasn’t an option. I was hoping to get off work and pick up my order not be told to shop it. Their response was their pick up person left at 8pm. Doesn’t explain why it wasn’t brought out prior since I was there. Thankfully Kroger Customer Service Online Chat offered me a $20 coupon off my next order. I will not be patronizing this location again.

I made a pickup order at 4:30pm to be picked up at 7:00 pm. I received a call at 6:48 pm stating my order was canceled due to too many substitutes. No, phone call no nothing just canceled my order. Complaining about it was busy and the things I wanted were out. It was only two people working. Well Kroger that sounds personal!!! I am a customer and someone should have reached out to me before any cancellations took place. I am very disappointed!! I visit Kroger at least two or three times a week. Do better and hold your employees accountable for their actions. It was clear that person was trying to get off

Every time I come here I bring home EXPIRED ITEMS!!! Please check the expiration date before buying from this Krogers before you waste your time and money.
