This place is fine if you have some dirt on your car. It wasn’t able to clean off the bird poop on my windshield and side door.

Paid for $21 of their top car wash but very disappointed at outcome. Back of my suv was full of soap and both side of my vehicle wasn't clean. I had to get a towel and hand clean all around my car. DO NOT recommend this place just waste of money

Wish I could give them more than just five stars. Truly, this a Great place to get your vehicle washed! Since the new owners took over and replaced all the old worn-out equipment the wash and treatments are consistent, thorough and of very high quality. I have visited twice now and can say that this place will be the only carwash I will take my SUV to from now on.

$19 … for basically a light rinse. It’s a bummer this doesn’t work, because with a black car I prefer to avoid Brown Bear. But I can’t be paying, just to go home and rewash it myself. I knew it the minute I drove out because I could still see the very clear line of dirt on the windshield… stopped at the grocery store and just wiped a finger on the side to show the grime coating that I went in with, still there. Car was last washed about 10 days ago and I work from home so … I wasn’t even going in with a filthy vehicle. It basically came out nearly the same as when I went in.

Car is indeed cleaner than when I arrived, but... I paid for the mid level wash, but the bottom tier may actually be the best choice because the last step for that is a rinse. The number of water/whatever spots is simply wild. The spray arm probably isn't being flushed thoroughly between steps, then the dry cycle is too short or not powerful enough for the time given. If there were any rags at all, preferably clean and lint-free, I'd at least have been able to hand-dry it and prevent the spots. The monthly passes seem to be a decent price, if you're OK with the actual cleaning level provided and use the facility the 8 times a month that allows.

I have found the results to be quite reasonable. It is touchless you come here to get a quick wash without worrying about paint damage. If you need really deep clean or your car has some really stuck on dirt. Go hand wash self wash or even get detailing. Or one of those touch-ness wash, it gives a bit more washing power same convenience maybe more damage to paint.

Do not go with a dirty car it will not truly clean it. My car was “dusty” and just needed a freshen up. Little pricy but it’s touchless and so no scratches

My husband and I have been using Keeboo since they opened to wash our cars and have always been satisfied. Today we paid for one car wash and ended up paying for 2 because there was a technical malfunction with payment. We called Steve and he was at the car wash within a half hr to offerer us solutions to rectify the issue we had.

Not very pleased with the results, but after reading all of the reviews I would never call management for any help. All of their responses to their customer's concerns are alarming, all they do is blame the customer for their failures. Maybe have an on-site employee?

Nice that it's open 24hrs and obviously being touchless. Hope they bring touchless to the Ballard location. Some of the treatments can leave a film on black gloss trim. I usually just wipe the trim down with water spot remover and it's fine. Likely due to the dillution rate.

Definitely don't recommend, the 5 star reviews must be paid! The sprayers need to be cleaned as only a few actually sprayed my car. I paid 18 bucks... going to brown bear where my car actually looks clean when I drive out..
