Went there yesterday to get a car wash! Prices have gone up and that’s expected in todays time but after my wash I headed to the vacuum area I pulled in and began to vacuum to realize that the vacuums weren’t working just moving the dirt around I moved to another spot the same thing I also noticed my car still had big dirt marks on it that wiped away with my finger so not only was my car not clean fully the vacuums didn’t work while experience ruined for sure

For $40 they just wash your car here, and they do a bad job of it, they don't blacken the wheels, they don't cover the car with anything, it's just a bad wash.

Went through today, The wash wash did solid, I honestly expeced a little better for a Kaddy! Im glad you dont have yo pay for the vacuums cause they had 0 suction. To be honest idk if I'd come back here 😕

I went through the wash and as soon as I came out I noticed a huge crack in my windshield I reported the incident immediately When customer service called me, they gave me all sorts of case scenario about what possibly caused this, of course none of these were related to their equipment and therefore they were not liable. I will be contacting an attorney

I usually prefer car washes that wipe your car down After you have come through the end. I haven't found one as of yet, but this dried things pretty well. I only had one area of concern and that was just that One area on my wife's hood was Not even close to getting cleaned (bird poo) and I had to get out with my prosthetic leg to scrub it off with a couple Kleenex! The rest looks very nice on my wife's Santa Fe. She will be very pleased with a clean vehicle and her sensors will be Better & more accurately send out the warning signals when they are supposed to! All in all, this was a Good wash and their Dry cycle is also Very Good!!!

Not worth $10 My car went from being covered in some dust and pollen to covered in streaks and water marks. Absolutely not worth going through this wash.

They'll take your car even if it is pretty muddy. Another carwash I have used for years lost my business by refusing to wash my not too mud caked car, but Kaady took it no problem and it came out clean as a whistle the FIRST time. Customer for life.

kaddy blasted off a piece of molding from my 2021 Rav. Because my car had a scratch along that molding, they took no culpability. They offered a free car wash, to the place that just damaged my vehicle. GO TO FOX. Go to anywhere but here.

To the woman who was managing both drive up lanes for the car wash on her own with a long line of cars - thank you, you are appreciated! I watched you go back and forth managing both lanes on your own with grace and grit. You are crushing it. I wish you peace, blessings, abundance and tremendous success going forward. ❤️ As far as the actual car wash - I appreciate the convenient location, how fast it is to get through, and I haven’t personally had an issue with any damage to my car. I enjoy the app and paying monthly for unlimited use I keep my car nice and clean!

Absolutely worst customer service. I used this carwash for years with little issues beside that there wheel and tire shine literally has no tire shine at all. However I bought a new vehicle and took it through there wash and when I arrived home found numerous bad scratches. When I showed them the damage right away the employee took pictures and said I would receive a call within 48 hours. I then received a text message (no call) stating they would like to meet again but a week later. I then had to take time off work to meet again with the different employee who was very rude to begin with by leading off with that the meeting was a waste of his time and stated that his opinion is there wash was not responsible so I could waste my time getting a lawyer or call my insurance to fix it if I wanted. By the photos I took immediately after the wash there clear evidence that it was indeed responsible. Needless to say I will never be going back and will advise anyone with a truck to steer clear.

Wouldn't recommend tbh. I have a car with a front lip that has NEVER had a problem until the other day. I was going and wasn't directed into the tire groove and broke my lip the man directing me didn't direct me left and right he only told me to come straight then acted surprised when it broke and acted like it was my fault. I understand if a car was to low and couldn't fit regardless but I always use this wash and never had a problem until now. No refund for my part either, I don't care that much car has aftermarket stuff but you should be responsible if YOUR employee doesn't do their damn job. Do your job correctly or don't at all and at least admit fault unlike that man acting all surprised when i hit the side

I had a very bad experience at Kaady Car Wash. After using their automatic wash, I noticed multiple fresh scratches all over my car. These were not light swirl marks — they were clearly visible scratches that were not there before the wash. I understand that automatic car washes can cause some wear over time, but this was excessive and unacceptable. It looks like the brushes are either worn out or not properly maintained. For a place that advertises quality and care, this level of damage is extremely disappointing. What made the situation worse is that the staff did not take responsibility and brushed it off as “normal wear,” which it absolutely is not. I take good care of my vehicle, and I would not risk coming here again. If you care about your car’s paint, I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash and choosing a touchless wash or hand wash instead. Definitely not worth the risk.

Great staff and good car wash. Busy sunny day in January. They have had busy days the last 2 days! Both car wash tunnels were super busy and running yesterday but the place was still neat and clean. It has been so busy they have had little time to keep the incidental trash on the ground picked up. They cleaned it up when they are closed each day. They have new vacuums on one side and said that they were getting new vacuums on the other side soon so yes they are improved I'll take a picture of the next time I'm there

I recently took my vehicle through this car wash, and unfortunately, my sunroof was damaged during the drying process. As soon as I noticed the issue, I called and filed an incident report. However, the company is refusing to take responsibility, claiming the damage existed beforehand due to the age of my car. This is simply not true — my sunroof was in perfect condition before entering the wash. The “evidence” they provided is misleading at best; the photo doesn’t even show the sunroof lining clearly. If your vehicle has a sunroof, I strongly advise against using this location. The air dryers exert excessive pressure, and if any damage occurs, they’ll deny responsibility without proper investigation. Very disappointing experience.

Great carwash. My new Kia Telluride enjoyed the experience. Came out shiny and clean. No issues with scratches, or pings, or leaky sunroof. No damage, just a nice, clean car. Friendly staff. The vacuums are plentiful. I found the suction not to be very strong, but good enough to pick up the crumbs and debris on my car mats. I suspect if there were pet hairs in the car, it would be hard to vacuum those up. But, no complaints as use of them are free. Beggars can’t be choosers! I’d use this location again.
