Low wait time, complimentary vacuums available, staff was polite and respectful. Dryers didn't do a great job of drying, and the wash failed to get any of the dirt in the crack at the front edge of the hood. Also, my front license plate got bent by the washing arm which was located in the center of the track and waited until the last moment to swing to the correct side, catching my license plate in the process.

I come here quite often and the car wash experience is fine. The vacuums on the other hand are often clogged up. I just came here today and the two vacuums that I used are both clogged up while the two attendants sit there laugh at each other talk and look at their phones. Seriously this job is pretty easy people. You pull people in and accept payment and then push a button and then your other job is to make sure that the trashes are empty and the vacuums work. Welcome to 2024 where people literally fail at the easiest tasks. If I was the owner of this business I would hire people who are a tad more hungry.

Used to be able to buy a card with multiple car washes and a free one. Don't like they discontinued that card now they want to do it all online. I loved the cards to give as gifts for my husband and Dad's and the car owners in my life. Guess I'll have to find some other company who offers car wash cards. You loose.

I have been going to this Kaady Car Wash since they opened up. This location has always had a good wash. I have noticed that the last two times I have taken my car through. It doesn't clean my front grill or the top of the back bumper. Also, the wash time itself has sped up. So my car is not in there long enough to wash it properly anymore. But if you are just trying to get the dust off. This is the place for you. If you have a really dirty car. Wash it at home because this car wash will not get all the bugs off of it.

The car wash is great! It's the vacuuming that is very poor. They don't suck anything up! I always have to go home & use my vacuum in my car every time I go there. Fix your vacuums so they actually work! Yesterday a guy pulled in next to me & he tried using the vacuum & the hose just fell apart. He couldn't use the vacuum either. FIX YOUR VACUUMS PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!

Kaady Car Wash I’ve been a Kaady Car Wash customer for 22 years. During the last snow fall I had used the car wash and followed with vacuuming. After walking around the car I noticed I could not stand evenly so I sat in my car to look at the bottom of my boots. To my surprise large chunks of the heel and sole had disintegrated. I looked around the car where I had been walking and found the heel and sole chunks on the pavement and sidewalk. I reported this to the attendant supervisor who had me fill out a report and we both took photos. He said they treated the pavement with de-icing chemicals which probably reacted to my boots. I was told I would be called within 2 business days. After 2 weeks no one called so over the next month I left 6 more messages, with 2 managers and again, no one returned my calls. Finally a receptionist st the Kaady headquarters put me through to Mr. Zane Newkirk, the Customer Service Manager. He stated he read the report, saw the photos, and watched video of me vacuuming, looking at my boots, and taking photos. Even though Mr. Newkirk admitted to chemically de-icing the property, he denied any responsibility and said they refuse to take any further action. I explained it happened at Kaady because I drove directly from my home, my boots were expensive leather European boots and I cannot afford to replace them, Kaady is liable, and I know they have insurance for damages incurred on their property. I explained if they don’t want to file an insurance claim, they can either pay to replace my boots, or I am willing to accept the value of the boots in car washes, which would cost them nothing. He again said they will do nothing. I explained that will create bad PR for Kaady and I will post my experience and his response on social media sites, and they will lose my weekly business. Mr. Newkirk did not care and again stated they will take no responsibility. Kaady Car Wash will not ethically stand behind their business for little things so I fear they likely would not stand behind larger incidents. They must have used very caustic chemicals because I have previously never had this happen at other businesses. I strongly recommend everyone not use this business to protect themselves.

They told me I have to rains my car first before I go to the wash. These two idiots they don't realize the purpose of a car wash congratulations you just lost a customer. There will be no need of a carwash if we all have to wash our cars.so make sure u wash ur car before u go to the car wash.

This was a quick wash for my wife's car to help with her sensors to stay reactive Correctly! It seemed to clean pretty well, but I sure wish they wiped down your vehicles at the end, so it Helped to Get all areas this seems to miss! Her tires & wheels looked Great for a drive through place! I used to love to do our own cars, but my old body had worked against me with a broken hip & amputated leg on the opposite side. Makes it a bit more difficult to Impossible to do myself anymore! Thanks to Kaady car wash for a decent job!

Car wash was great. No vacuums available. Probably need to do a better job of not allowing people to who don’t get the car wash to mono so much of the vacuum time. At least two cars had their car wash kits out and were washing them in the vacuum bay

This place is awesome!! It’s THE BEST CAR WASH IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Not only can you conveniently go through the automatic car wash but you can clean out your car with the FREE vacuum THAT WORKS BETTER THAN ANY VACUUM IVE EVER PAID TO USE!! They’re highly recommended!!

As a gig driver my rides appearance is tops. For 40$ I get unlimited carwashes from Vancouver to Tualatin. I use em all, sometimes 3 a day lol. Best Carwash fo sho.

Always quick and great job. Kaady is consistent and I always leave happy with their service, I personally think they do the best drive through car wash in our area. And vacuuming is always included.

Scratched up my car really bad. Put a deep scratch on driver side window. Pitted up my windshield so bad that it looks like I went through a sandstorm. Dents from the brushes. Chipped my paint. Scuffs and scratches all down the side of my car and my roof. I'm floored at the damage done to my car. Other customers had chipped paint while I was there. Never again. Hand wash from now on.

Would avoid. My car was rear ended in the car wash and they took no responsibility for damages. I would suggest going to Fox’s Full Service express in Hazel Dell. They give you a hand towel dry at the end. Workers were nice and understanding the GM/Customer service on the phone is terrible. They do not care about you.

I’ve been with this specific Kaady Car Wash since 2013 and have used them at least once every other week for my 3 vehicles. Very professional service; the brushes do a great job between hinges, wheels, and rear of the car. I had a driver side rear mirror panel come off in the wash in my rental car and they sent the district leader in Hillsboro to come out and remedy the issue because they value their clients. My only comment for improvement if any is sometimes there is a wait at the end of the car wash for a vacuum spot. On busy days sometimes there will be cars whom skip the wash and use the vacuums while you wait your turn, but it’s only a few minutes and I’m on my way.

Unacceptable behavior and zero customer service Absolutely unacceptable experience. My mother was visiting this car wash for the first time and was trying to figure out how to put her Tesla into neutral — something that is not intuitive if you haven’t done it before. Instead of offering help or even basic patience, a female employee began screaming at her while she was clearly confused and trying to comply. There is no excuse for yelling at a customer, especially an older woman who was simply asking for a moment to understand her vehicle. This was embarrassing, stressful, and completely unprofessional. If your staff can’t handle modern vehicles or treat customers with basic respect, they shouldn’t be working with the public. We will not be returning, and I strongly advise Tesla owners — or anyone who expects basic human decency — to go elsewhere.

Thank you Kaady for giving back to Veterans! I've always liked this car wash, but this warrants a review. They are friendly, efficient, and in par with other car wash places as far as pricing. My car always gets washed nicely there AND I appreciate that their vacuums work well. The only down side to them is getting in and out of the entrance is wonky.

After looking at reviews I see they don’t really care about recovering bad experiences. But, I feel insulted and the manager that was working the kiosk implemented that because I wanted to go through the wash twice I was somehow trying to rip off the company. I always go to the Kaadys on Andriessen and because I travel to Kennewick on a regular basis I get a lot of bugs splatter on my front end and windshield so my car requires going through twice to get clean.. no big deal right? Wrong the manager who’s been with the company for “17 years” doesn’t have a clue about customer service. I tried to explain to him why I needed to go through twice and he cut me off saying “we follow a script” and when I told him I’ve been going to the other Kaadys for years and it’s never been an issue he then said “there are some new employees that don’t follow the script, I’ve been here for 17 years I know what the script is” He spoke to me like I’m not over 50 years old and quite frankly understandable why he’s running only one car wash after working there for 17 years.

I’ve gone back and forth between this location and the new Wash Kings on 117th by Winco and hands down a WAY better wash at KAADY. Every time I go to Wash Kings my hood and back of my car is still dirty… every time I go thru Kaady it’s clean all the way around. One thing I do like about Wash Kings is the wheel cleaner however I would rather my car be clean. I have used KAADY forever now and give them 5 stars all day long!
