5 stars just for employees, unloaded me in 15-20. Partial load, about 70-80 tires floor loaded, unloaded manually by hands but pretty fast. Didn’t ask for rest room so don’t know about it. Hard part is to get there. Small town with lot of up and downhills. Tight turns. Got there at 4:30 am but employees came at 8 am. Employees helped me to back to dock coz running traffic but not much cars but to get there is kind of tricky.

Wonderful people once you get in there! Not made for long nose truck’s trying to get in there! The way I came in was.. Highway 29 N go through town & slight Right turn on 12th street then turn in Stephenson. Have to drop your trailer in the dock area & they bring you your paperwork. Easiest way to get out go through the gravel road & make a Left over the bridge & go straight up the hill as long as no cars blocking your way.
