I don’t make many online reviews (this I believe it is my 3rd on Google), unless the company has an excellent service or product. I went Just Details because I had found that their prices were reasonable, and was later recommended to their service by a friend. When we called, we were not able to do the full interior and exterior details due to scheduling conflicts on our part, but they were able to schedule us earlier to do just the interior (which was our priority). They were up front about the potential costs based on things like having a dog in the car, which I was grateful for so I had a mindset of what the whole service would take! When I got my car back, it was so clean that I had a hard time getting into it because it was just so pristine! This company seriously did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend them to others.

This place is amazing! My car was a disaster when I brought it in, but Josh turned it around! There was probably 2 dogs worth of hair in my car and they did a wonderful job getting the dog hair out of the seats and floor. There were stains in the headliner from when it was bought from a dealership and they were able to get those out as well! I'm SUPER impressed. They were also very polite, professional, and affordable.

Wow! Josh is amazing, he has done two cars for me and both have come out way better than I ever imagined possible. The first was my aunt's Jeep, she didn't clean it for 8 years, the smell made your eyes water and somehow, he made it go away without a strong scent covering it or overwhelming you while in the car. My car I bought used and the lady used the seats as buffets for her two kids. You wouldn't ever guess it after Josh was finished. Can't go wrong, very professional and kind.

The team at Just Details totally lived up to their name when they painted our house. From replacing siding that was starting to decay to painting my garage door seals (without touching the rubber that overlays the door) no detail was overlooked. Our house looks great! At first glance, the overall cleaning seemed good. Within a couple days after the cleaning though, I noticed a handful of areas that were rushed through (see pictures). Most noticeable area of oversight was the inside of the windshield (not pictured); it had smudges all over it and had to be cleaned when I got the vehicle home. Was really hoping to give a better review, but 2 stars is fitting.

I had an incident where a fountain drink exploded in my cupholder, so there was a sticky mess that no amount of scrubbing was cleaning. Just Details had the most reasonable interior detail in the area. He did a phenomenal job! You could never tell there was a sticky mishap, and he was even able to get the stubborn pet hair out of the carpets.

Just Details Auto Detailing: SUN PRAIRIE A GREAT service and a company which truly puts an accurate description of their business into their name. Just Details pays attention to all the small and large details. The old Prius hasn’t looked this great in a few years, and I'm BLOWN AWAY! Josh is an absolute master at his craft. Does what his business title says. Pays attention to details while cleaning and restoring cars to look their absolute best. Years of time shed , ours came out gleaming! He got into every nook and cranny— the carpets, the upholstery and even the cupholders haven’t been this clean since it left the factory. The dashboard is refreshed and he even did the haze removal on the well clouded headlight covers. Josh is super efficient and professional. Work was scheduled and completed exactly as he said it would and with no surprises, no up-sell or pressure tactics. If he can handle our old ride and make it look showroom worthy- then your car can really benefit from this level of care at Just Details.

We wish there was a zero-rating available for customer service for this business. To explain why we have such a low rating for this business requires some background. We have had two vehicles previously detailed at this business in the past. For a Christmas gift last year (December 2024) we gave our son a gift certificate to have his car detailed. Our son is a paramedic who has many odd shifts and along with a second job, he was extremely busy and he didn’t get around to schedule an appointment within the 6-month date on the gift certificate. This week we went to the business and was told that they would not honor the certificate, so we have lost $140 we paid for the gift. The employee at the store said they couldn’t honor the certificate because they “had to close the books and that the money was already spent”. We thought they would offer a negotiated price, but instead he said “what’s to keep you from saying that I broke something on the car”. What an insulting and incredulously stupid thing to say. We had planned on having two more cars detailed this year, but can guarantee you that this will not happen. Their unwillingness to have any understanding that people get busy and sometimes time slips away shows no compassion for their customers. We have lost $140 to this business and will definitely not make the mistake of buying a gift certificate in the future or do any business with them for that matter. Take this review as a warning to any who is even considering doing business with them. Watch your wallet. They love to take your money, but not deliver the service you purchased and then not even want to keep a returning customer by negotiating a reduced price. At the minimum, this business could have given us a courtesy call when the gift certificate was due to expire. We want to support our local businesses, but when they have an unreasonable stance toward honoring a purchased gift certificate, it’s hard to continue supporting their business.
