Absolutely unacceptable. This location was bought out and I did not receive a single call, text, or email about it. I only found out by driving past one day. How is a paying customer supposed to know if their membership is still valid with ZERO communication? Completely unprofessional. Then I decided to give the “new and improved” wash a chance. What a joke. It was the worst car wash I’ve ever been through. The service and equipment were bottom-of-the-barrel — it honestly felt like a Dollar Tree car wash. To top it off, we even got stuck in the heater section at the end. This is not how you treat customers, and it is certainly not worth my time or money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Excellent Customer Service from Matt! I had a great experience at the car wash thanks to Matt. Even though it’s an automatic wash, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He greeted me with a friendly attitude, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and genuinely helpful, but Matt definitely is. If you visit, look for Matt — his customer service makes all the difference!

Great car wash, i’ve gone to various locations and the workers are always so nice, Jonathan being one of the nicest ones i’ve met. The workers are always smiling and waving i always feel like i have a pleasant experience here! First let me say how amazing Taji and Greg were - extremely top notch customer service. Second, this car wash did a spotless job in one go. These are the best car washes around. Majd was really helpful and courteous to me today! Great wash and lots of options on the vacuum with free towels and sprays. I hope they open one near my house in cocoa/Titusville area. For now, I’ll just get a wash when I’m around an El. Oh and they have bathrooms! Win win win!

Tylon went above and beyond to sort out a discrepancy with my membership. I had been charged but my membership wasn’t showing up as active. In the time my car got washed and vacuumed, Tylon was able to get the issue resolved. Great first time customer deals on offer. The tunnel itself was good, not as harsh on my car as some others in the area, which was a plus for me. The free vacuuming area was well stocked with clean towels, and also had four nozzles for: air freshener, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, and air gun. Great option for cleaning the interior.

This carwash was transformed into a thing of beauty ! This carwash has all the amenities one can think of.At each parking area by the vacuums. Are different hoses. From a air hose.to window spray.to a fragrance spray. I asked an employee to see if I can bring my car thru(car accident,rear taillight broken) Jylssa, came over. Taped up the damage.and,set the brushes.so,they wouldn't go over that area. Jylssa,once again came to assist me.after,an incident.(jan 29th)where my vehicle was scratched from the brushes. The manager that day.was very rude. Denying it was from there. I asked him to check the cameras.(Which,he said we have no access to the cameras)which is NOT true.Then,he walked over to a vehicle that just came out of the wash.looked at his vehicle. Then,all of a sudden.wanted to fill out the incident report. After,I called corporate. I spoke with "Lina" who was extremely helpful and polite.When,I returned to this location to speak with the manager. Jylssa was working. She took the time to look into my case.explained that they don't cover scratches. And,was willing to use Scratch X to try and remove the scratches. If the 1st manager,I dealt with handled as professionally as Jylssa did. Everything,would've been handled right there. Instead,of making a report.and,being treated like customers don't matter.

El Car Wash in Lake Pickett is really great. I’ve been going there for a while when it used to be Johnny Clean. Ever since the acquisition and it became El Car Wash, the service honestly got way better. I love that they give you towels to dry your car and have all the extra stuff like glass cleaner, interior cleaner, and the air gun. It just makes the whole experience feel more complete. I have the student membership and it’s 100% worth it. I like that It gets my Tesla (Baymax) looking brand new every time.

I'm so happy for EL Car Wash for opening this location at Lake Pickett (although is on East Colonial) and taking over (aka Johnny CW)! They have upgraded all the equipment and added so many services. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
