The Staff is awesome, Car Wash system is pretty good unfortunately you have to bring your own rags to dry the residue water that is left from the dryer this is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. In comparison to City Car Wash who provide you rags, glass cleaner, rug cleaning machine, pre wash area to remove bugs and free air refresher. See pics for results & pricing. 12/19/2025 I cannot say enough good things about Gabriel. A worker accidentally got paint on my car, and I was completely stressed and overwhelmed. When I asked for help, Gabriel went above and beyond—he took the time to pressure wash my car and made sure every bit of paint came off. Because of him, my car was saved. I was so relieved that I literally cried tears of happiness. His kindness, patience, and dedication truly meant the world to me in that moment. I have a subscription and continue to support this company, but employees like Gabriel are the reason customers stay loyal. You truly need more workers like him—people who genuinely care and are willing to go the extra mile without hesitation. DO NOT TRUST THIS CAR WASH – They Damaged My Mother’s Car My mother took her Tesla to Johnny Clean Car Wash on this date, and the wash scratched the paint severely along the side of the car. She has clear video and photos showing the difference before and after, so the damage absolutely occurred there. When she brought it to their attention, some of the regular workers tried to be kind to her, but the manager on duty, Taji Street, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of taking accountability, Taji refused to allow my mother to keep photos she took of the damage on-site — almost like they were trying to prevent any evidence from being documented. That alone says everything about how this place handles responsibility. My mother filed a damage report and was assured someone from corporate would reach out. It has now been over two weeks with zero response. No email, no call, nothing. Total avoidance and neglect. At this point she will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because the lack of accountability and the disrespectful treatment from management is unacceptable. This car wash damaged the vehicle, refused to acknowledge it, and then ignored follow-up. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. If you value your car, go anywhere else.

Not really the best car wash. Still see dirty spots in the car. I know is a fast carwash and its not going to be detailed. But I had been to carwash that was very impressive. When they used to be cheaper. Definitely not worth the $20 for a one time wash. The vaccum is great, they do have towels, and other great things after the wash. I do like that they provode those things.

Juan was very helpful and kind when I came through uncertain of my membership status! Because I have realistic expectations of a drive-through automated car wash, I was fully anticipating a less personal experience between me and the machines but instead I was greeted warmly and walked through my options most patiently. I felt much safer here than at unstaffed car washes. The lighting is great and everyone is very professional. As for the wash itself, it’s an automated car wash! People giving one star reviews for common problems that come from using automated car washes would do better to just do their research. I have to laugh at them for being so angry. These are the same people who squeeze into a spot at the grocery store and then get mad when their door gets dinged! Personally, I wouldn’t bring a high end vehicle through ANY automated wash, ever, but it works well to get pollen and bugs off my 2019 and the vacuum setup here cannot be beat. I also get my car professionally detailed and waxed a few times a year and do paint touch ups myself with a kit. If you’re just needing to get your ride clean and are pragmatic about what an automated wash is for, you’re good. Clean towels, glass cleaner, air hoses, a full sink for cleaning mats, carpet cleaner, air freshener AND a covered area to get it all done in? Plus helpful and present staff on site? Not bad, Johnny… not bad 😎

CHIPPED ALL 4 DOOR HANDLES - DO NOT GO If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my car here literally two days after buying it, and it came out of their wash with all four door handles chipped. Literally every single door handle. After filing an incident report, the manager, Nick, called me and said that their final decision is that they’re not liable. He offered me a free car wash. Like yeah, let me run my car back through the same machine that just damaged it, that’ll fix everything. I asked to see the footage so I could at least confirm what happened, and he refused to show it to me. Then he told me to “take it up with the dealership.” What kind of response is that? The car was perfect when it came in, and now I’m supposed to chase someone else around to fix their damage? This place is a total joke. Zero accountability, zero customer service, and apparently zero integrity. If you value your car at all, stay far away from this car wash.

Took my Tesla through here and either the pressure washer or some of the equipment snapped my aluminum valve stem on the tire. I wouldn’t recommend using this facility if you have similar hard valve stems rather than the rubber flexible ones. My car instantly had a flat tire by the end of wash. I submitted a claim with the car wash and the GM, Zach, was supposed to get back to me within 48-72 hours but to no avail. I was left stuck at the car wash with a disabled vehicle until 2am.
