I recently had the pleasure of using JMac’s Auto Detailing for a gloss enhancement (one step polish + 3yr ceramic coating) on my Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Jake took care of some minor to medium scratches and swirl marks that had accumulated over time and the results were amazing. My car looks like it just rolled off the dealership lot again like a brand new vehicle! Having owned this car for almost 2 ½ years, I was really impressed with the transformation. Jake’s attention to detail and dedication to his craft is top-notch. He was punctual, professional and genuinely honest, qualities that are hard to find in today’s world. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and it’s clear that Jake truly cares about the work he does. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated that when I asked for certain things, they didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary services. Vehicle delivery was a first for me — having the steering wheel wrapped was a really nice touch and made everything feel truly top-notch. Honest, professional, and high-quality work.
