Took my car in for an oil change and Jiffy lube ‘checked’ my cabin air filter and introduced debris into the fan and now every time I turn on the heater I hear this annoying sound that unpleasant. I took it back in and they were unable to remove the debris (UNACCEPTABLE). If they had just reviewed my history log, they would have seen I already had an air filter change a few months ago and I would not have this problem.

really like the concept of Jiffy Lube and even though in the distant pass you guys had kind of a reputation for making mistakes etc. but I still wanted to support the business cause I really like the concept. unfortunately I just realized that part of the cost of an oil change is having your vehicle inspected this means I'm paying for something that I don't need. So I'm gonna be trying to find a cheaper way to do oil changes from now on.

I took my vehicle to the shop located on 3956 State Street for an oil change. When I drove in and left my vehicle for the service, I didn't receive any warning that the tires needed air. However, when I picked up the vehicle after the oil change, I received a warning indicating that the tires were low on air. So I went back and asked why I had this warning if I hadn't had it before. The young man who helped me said that they had checked the tires and inflated them, and that the warning light was on because the sensors in the tires needed to be replaced, which is why I was receiving the alert. I explained that I hadn't received this warning before leaving my car there for the service. I was dissatisfied with the information I received, so I immediately went to another shop to have my tires checked. There, they told me the tires were very low, and when they inflated them, the tire pressure warning light went off. They also confirmed that the sensors were in excellent condition. So I'm wondering, why did I go in there without a tire problem and leave with one? Why was I told it was the sensors and that I needed to replace them, when in reality they had just deflated the tires? It's worth noting that on previous occasions when I've had my oil changed, they've left a tool in the engine compartment, another time they didn't put the coolant reservoir cap on, and yet another time they jammed a cap so badly that I had to take my car to another shop to have it removed and replaced. In other words, every time I've gone to Jeffy Lube, I leave with an additional problem that has cost me time and money to fix their mistakes.

Experto es across all the jiffy lubes I’ve been to are typically great. At this one 2 visits ago i bought windshield wipers. The blade on passenger side Wasnt wiping well. This last visit they worked in fixing it. I thought replacing it would have been ideal. Not sure the brand but both arent working well now.

Hi Quality service, a bit pricey, but worth it. I brought my wife's Vette for service, this particular jiffy lube has sunken pit access to oil pan so there is no need to hoist the car, a bit of a necessity for fiberglass Vette. Service included detailed inspection and check for leaks and boots... All a pain for a low car. Cost was a bit high given I brought own oil, but carefully done. Will return.
