Jiffy Lube Yuba City is awesome! They check every detail of important car safety and any potential issues. Info has Saved me a lot of money in future repairs. No hard sell pressure, just honest service. Mgr. Vern is the best and I will continue getting my vehicle serviced there.

I normally do my oil changes out of town due to my job but I came over here to Jiffy Lube and I wanted to say that I was held by a couple good people the lady Sabrina was one of the most Pleasant and knowledgeable and Kick-Ass people I have ever come across. I would definitely go there again

Today was my 1st time coming to Jiffy Lube and I'm wishing I had been coming here much sooner! I got the best customer service that I have received in a long time. Vern, I believe, was the gentleman that helped me from beginning to end. The service was fast, waiting lobby was clean and nice and cold on a hot day. 10 out of 10 service and facility.

*** UPDATE - After the manager said nothing could be done, a customer service person called me and decided they could do a refund and is mailing it to me. ***. I asked my wife to take this car in to get the oil topped off. It is a 2008 Prius with over 220,000 miles and we try to take good care of it. This is the second time we've taken this car to Jiffy Lube. The first thing they do is put your info in the computer, where all the information is stored and which showed a recent oil change. She misunderstood and said she wanted it changed. They didn't challenge this at all even thought the last change with full synthetic oil was less than a month ago and less than 1,000 miles. The oil did not need changed, only checked and possibly topped off. Computer systems and basic training should prevent this. We are never again customers of Jiffy Lube. I hope you make my hard earned money last a long time and enjoy the bad reviews you earned that I'm going to be leaving all over the place.

I enjoy going to this particular Jiffy Lube for my oil changes. The people are always friendly and helpful. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me anything. They show me what's wrong and let me decide whether or not to have anything else done. This time, however, they did forget to turn off the "maintenance required" light. As it happened, I had to go to the Toyota dealer the next day because my check engine light was on and they noticed that my transmission plug was not tightened completely. Toyota will take care of turning off the "maintenance required" light and will tighten the transmission plug. All and all, this Jiffy Lube does a great job.

It wasn’t even a minute after I parked that I was approached and asked “What do you need help with today?”. It was very nice to feel welcomed, taken care of and get great customer service, which is lacking in today’s world quite often. As a woman, it’s always intimidating to get things done for your car, but this gentleman went above and beyond. He checked my breaks and showed me that I was ok and didn't need to worry anytime soon which was a concern of mine. He showed me just how filthy this filter was and took care of it. I spoke to him about all the driving we've done and had a suggestions. I was so surprised when I got to the register, I was sure I was going to be spending way more than I anticipated, but that was not the case. I highly recommend this place. Even if you have one closer to you, go to this one!

My nephew from Gridley had recommended I come over here for my oil change. Today I came in I told them I was in a hurry and they assured me I would be out right away. I was treated with the best customer service you can get. I loved that they told me what was needed and no buying pressure. I left with only my oil change and will take care of the things needed on my own. Yes I would definitely send people over here. Thank you Jiffy Lube for your excellent service😍

Jiffy Lube maintains their reputation. I brought my new Audi Q7 home yesterday, so today I took it down to Jiffy Lube to get the Uber vehicle inspection, required before you can work for Uber. So the boys there do their thing for about 20 minutes, come to the waiting and tell me my new Audi failed inspection. I thought he was joking. Be said the rear wiper jumps a little as it is traveling the second half of the full wipe. I said well that's because a rubber wiper on a dry class window will grab instead of wipe smoothly when it's wet. The boy said that's true but it still fails. So I said come on show me. When the wiper was turned on, it traveled smooth and steady, but then it started jumping just a tiny bit, but the window was dry. He said that will $39.00, and I said over my dead body, for in my Audi and left. The last time I went to a Jiffy Lube about 10 years ago they filled my washer fluid tank with oil instead of my engine, another time they lost my oil filler cap, didn't bother to tell me, luckily I checked before I left. I honestly don't know how this company is still open. Don't trust them to even check your tire pressure.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Yuba City, CA on 12/31/25. Vern welcomed me in, as usual, and got me squared away right away. The team changed the oil in my 2004 Ford F-150 4x4 and completed all of their routine checks. They found cracks in my serpentine belt and replaced it during the visit.
