Everyone at this location was great and professional. I always appreciate when they share what you need to do with your car, but it doesn’t come with crazy pressure. This is my go-to Jiffy Lube when I’m in Redding.

Quick friendly and professional service and we didn’t even have to get out of the car. We went in for an oil change and they changed the oil and oil filter and they checked all of the other fluid levels, a couple of which they topped off and others advised us that they were full and fine. I appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to upsell us into a bunch of stuff that we didn’t need. Very very happy with their service and we definitely will take our other cars there.

Absolutely love Jiffy Lube They were very fast. The owner was absolutely amazing. So very nice and he sat in conversation with the people that were getting their oil changed. It was really cool. Very Very clean, respectful, fast and clean place for a oil center very impressed I was there in California And I had to get an oil changed before I headed back to my hometown in Idaho and it was just perfect. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube

I had the best oil change experience ever today. My sister and I brought both our cars in together. Robert helped us get settled. He was so professional and extra kind to my sister who has auditory problems. La went over all the services they offer. She wasn’t pushy about selling anything, but made sure we were aware of what we needed and what to schedule. She’s a gem. William did a great job on our oil changes. Coffee was hot too! Highly recommended!

The service department was very kind, and helpful. Was on point with making sure all areas of the vehicle were looked at. From the tires to the headlights and windshield, and ofcourse to the oil. Was very informational regarding my oil levels and told me I currently had an oil leak. So we are able to get that fixed. I was very pleased. Thank you guys so much. I recommend going to them and will be returning myself.

Been going to the same oil change place for 25 some odd years and the last time I left after getting an oil change I realized I was low on brake fluid and radiator fluid. Two things that should’ve been topped off. So after going to Jiffy Lube for the first I’ll be going there from now on as they did everything right plus vacuumed my front seat area. The staff at this Jiffy Lube provided excellent customer service, clean facilities, and we’re very happy to answer all questions. Military Veteran friendly staff with Military Discount.
