After being upgraded from an oil change to services that had previously been performed by the dealer less than two months earlier, owner of Jiffy Lube agreed to connect with me regarding my complaint of fraudulent predatory behavior by his employees but that hasn’t happened. I provided proof of everything via email as request by him and there has been zero response. All I want is the money back for the services that were not necessary of $320. Owner’s name is Briggs Anderson of Montana and manager of Hayden Jiffy Lube is Billy. Next step, file a complaint with laws enforcement.

Job was done well as far as I can tell, and done timely. However, I was not charged what was quoted to me over the phone and they would not honor it. The final price was a price gouge, and I will not be a return customer. I don't appreciate being bait-switched.

I had a seized oil filter caused by the previous service provider. The initial recommendation was to take the truck back to that company however the manager stepped up and we decided to try and free the filter first. Once he was successful in loosening the filter they proceeded with the oil change. no extra charges were assessed and I was back on the road in a very timely fashion. Thank you!

I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the parking even before exiting my car. I was treated with the utmost respect which is a rare commodity these days. My car was serviced in a very timely manner and the service tech kept me informed of what was being checked and if there was anything I should be made aware of.

This jiffy lube is fast and helpful. They’re not too pushy on upselling which is nice, they gave me honest feedback. The young guy who took my info and rang me up made me laugh pretty hard. Good customer (and fast) service. 75$ to change my oil… not too bad. Will be back

The first thing I was greeted with was being told to get out of my car and go in the lobby and it was not delivered well. This specific jiffy lube was upset when I requested to stay in my car for the oil change. I had my feral toddler in the car and I chose jiffy lube specifically because other locations (not this one) are perfectly fine with, and generally expect customers to stay in their vehicles. They asked me to wait in the lobby for the service but I generally consider an oil change to be a "drive thru" type errand I should be able to easily accomplish with a toddler. They've clearly never had to wrestle a toddler in and out of a car seat before. The employee also heavily insisted that they drive my vehicle into the bay (I kind of understand but it still made me uncomfortable) due to previous customers causing issues or accidents doing so. So then I had to let a young 20-something kid drive my car with my kid in it into the bay, despite it only being 20-30ft or so I still shouldn't have to do that. After the service, I had to get out of my vehicle and leave my son in the car unattended to go inside and pay for the service instead of paying on the tablet that other locations use. Overall, very inefficient and not customer friendly, family friendly location. I will not be returning, sorry. The employees seemed nice enough and I understand they're just doing what they're asked to do but I won't be recommending this location or returning due to the inconvenience.

Worst place to have work done ever. Never go to Juffy Lube because they can’t be trusted. Expect to be lied too. They told me I needed over $300 of serves that dealer had done 1700 miles ago. Then when I showed them that those services had been done, they told me I agreed to them so too bad. Nothing they could do. Billy is the manager at Hayden Idaho Jiffy Lube and he is horrible and doesn’t have any integrity. If I could give a zero star I would.

Love, love, love, the customer service!! The CSM was personable, the techs were knowledgeable, and they didn't try and sell me extra crap! I did however need a new filter, and I knew ahead that it needed to be changed. I did challenge the up charge and so they brought the price down to a reasonable amount. I was in and out, on my way again in 20 minutes. That included all our chatting. Nice to see real people and get good service.

I went to the Hayden Jiffy Lube after finding other oil change services in my area lacking. I was impress by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. After checking in, my car was quickly taken in to be serviced. The service included a oil change, all fluids checked and refilled as necessary, vacuumed interior. This took a quick 15 - 20 minutes. Then I paid after the oil change and the technician explained all that had been done. I was impressed. I plan to make them my go to Jiffy Lube oil change service for all my vehicles.

I had Randy help me amazing place to go and amazing customer service. I got a transmission flush and did a wonderful job plus I went to valvevaline and they didn't reset my oil light so they reset it for me and now I don't have an annoying blinking light on my screen. We were instantly greated when we pulled up to the bay door to wait our turn. The employee was very thoughtful. He gave us an estimate of wait time. The oil change was fast. The same employee let us know of some concerns. He didn't try to sell anything. Which probably worked in his benefit. Because we did agree to have air filter replaced along with another item. We will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Jiffy Lube in Hayden has always provided great professional service for all my family's vehicles. I recently brought my truck in for an oil and transmission fluid change. Most companies would just do everything and charge without question. Jiffy Lube checked the condition of the transmission fluid first and determined it was in perfect condition and recommended waiting. I truely appreciate a business that looks after their customers instead of their bottom line. I saved even more with the online deals they also offered. I didn't have time to post earlier, just give 5 stars. So, I want you to k ow, ALL they guys were super friendly and professional. I used to have a Jiffy Lube punch card (10 oil changes 11th free) I had a few pun he's to go before a free one, but they discontinued tbe punch cards. I had a coupon for 50% off sta card oil change, which helped our a ton! The guys there checked all fluids, etc. I don't think I was even there half an hour! So, reasonable price with coupon, friendly, professional and knowledgeable guys. Fast service. If you need an oil change, I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube. Een gkibg there for years in Post Falls, the guys tbere are great, too. I
