Car wash is down often or malfunctioning. Sometimes no flush, sometimes no rinse. All for only 35 dollars a month. Called them and they said if it's down that's on you!

Their unlimited car wash is a pretty decent deal, but you can only get one a day. Still, if you go once a week, it pays for itself.

One bay works the other one only washes doesn't dry. Been like this for a month now. Seems they have no problem taking money but don't want to fix this. I pay for a membership this should be serviced. Gonna be taking my business somewhere else.

Been going to this gas station for years never once had a problem there’s a new female manager there asked for my id which was not a problem alls I said was I’m in here all the time lol then she steady argued with me then I asked for some one else to diffuse the situation and she steady arguing with me what a great manager she is will not be back there I never once had a problem there have a friend working there sad we got people working like that then tried saying I throw my id at her which I did not I out it under the under kinda fast but not rude about it and steady trying to argue with me

Usually has some of the cheapest gas prices in West Milwaukee. Convenient location just blocks from I-94 makes it easy to get back on the interstate. Has everything from E-85, regular 88, and premium gas on the pumps.

Come in store. First thing I hear is cussing by the lady. the guy says stop cussing gotta keep it professional as he's taking things out the door. Idk if it's a personal issue or work related. Either way looks horrible 😕

I just want to give a shout out to John B one of the cashiers at Jets gas station on 70th and Main, he has great customer service and goes above and beyond, that man definitely deserves a raise

Changed my wash subscription from unlimited to 1 wash per day. No terms and conditions provided, therefore no right to do so without my agreement. Continuously disappointed my jetz. I may just have to open a car was near by to show them how to treat a customer.

I stopped in last weekend just to pick up a pack of cigarettes. When I walked through the door a woman (an employee) yelled at me "Need a Mask" I didn't quite hear her and I asked "what". She replied "no mask no service" I replied "don't have one and all I need is a pack of cigarettes. She replied "don't care no mask no service". So I left and got them at another place where I wasn't treated so rudely. Needless to say I will not be fueling up my truck, my car, my bike, my boat, my plow truck or any of my lawn equipment there ever again. I always say, you have a million chances to do good business, you only have one chance to do bad business. They had their chance.

Carries some off brand gasoline, which I'm sure is ok for those who don't care about what they put in their vehicles. 🤷‍♂️ Oh, the car wash works great but.. the dryer is awful. I find it hard to swallow paying 12 dollars for a premium wash that guarantees water spots. They should fix the dryers OR lower the price of the car wash options. There are Many better working and cheaper places to take your vehicle for a bath. Also, if you do go thru this wash, use caution exiting. People take right turns really fast sometimes and the exit is literally on the corner. Paying 12 dollars for waterspots on a wrecked car would really ruin your day. Plenty of good washes in the area. Use them instead

Gas station needs to be submitted to better business bureau. Horrible service and employees. One doesn't even speak English and he seems to be working mutli days a week....something fishy is going on.

Do NOT patronize this business. Not only are their gas prices higher than almost anywhere in the area (always have been, but even worse since a change of ownership), but they will charge you higher than advertised at the register for items in the store and hope you don't notice. They also LOWERED employee pay and started hiring unfriendly, clueless staff. Go anywhere for gas and cigarettes but here, if not for better prices, than for better service.

This place has severely gone downhill. One cashier at the busiest times, usually people holding up the lines renewing their registration and lottery tickets. Waste of time every time I go in there.

Have been going to this place for years never been an issue until recently. The weekend people are HORRIBLE!!!! There is one guy who works on days who is good. The girl needs to be fired tbh, she is ALWAYS argumentative and rude towards myself and my partner. Lies all the time cuz she doesn’t want to do simple tasks. Think I am just don’t with this store, it can go the way of that Walmart behind for all I care.

Expired products on shelves which means no one is actually rotating stock or even caring what they’re selling. Extremely rude employees, seem miserable even to people who are actually polite, Brooke has the worst attitude of any gas station clerk I’ve ever come across if I could I’d give 0/5 ⭐️ just off the employees alone. Don’t like people? Don’t be a cashier!

Gas station attendant on 9/21 needs to be fired. Second time now hes a tually gotten tough me as a customer. Whoever hired him and is running this gas station needs to get it together. Never coming back.
