It is pretty good but they spray way too much water if you get the premium my dad's car shut off because of how much water ended up getting in the engine bay but other than that it's good

This place can not even be called car wash. It jus get the car wet. Not cleaning, not mopping, and the dryer does not dry. They charge for the vacuum. There are just 2 vacuum and one of them does not work. I honestly regretted it coming here

Love this car wash because its 24hrs, but the vacuums ARE ALWAYS CLOGGED or not working, its people who vacuum up literally everything and anything in their car. Overall good no touch rinse and wash. I'd still recommend!

Monthly pass is a scam. place is never open because units always break down. they dont shovel the snow at all, they just close for days.

I'm a monthly car wash member so I come here quite a few times a month. Lately, either the air dryers aren't working or the spot free rinse is malfunctioning. Always something. They need some new guys servicing these places. It's getting old. They're going to start losing some members (Me) if this doesn't get straightened out!!

I have not washed my car since January so it was extremely dirty. I purchased the $12 wash and it did a great job. Touchless and water pressure was strong. Would go back again if I was in the area.

You seriously need to just revamp that whole thing it's getting rusty in there it's getting moldy and this morning I ran my car through the wash and it rinsed it like four times before stopping your dryers need to be better you need to have ones on the side to help dry the cars. And the dryers should not start until the car is right under it and it should run for 90 seconds.

Not bad. Plenty of sudz and high pressure water. Only downside was that only 1 of the 2 washes was open so a long wait. Price was ok. $12 for the full package. I would go back. However I normally go to the Coast Car Wash on Hwy 100 but the water main broke and they have been down for 3 days and needed to get the salt of the car. Try it, you will like it.

The last time I went only one car wash bay was open and the dryer didn't work. If I would have known the dryer wasn't working I would have went somewhere else for a car wash. I don't frequent this car wash often, I'd rather go the few blocks to Scrub a Dub, but, for the price of $12 I expect my few seconds of drying my car as it comes out of the wash.

Super expensive for a car wash & yet even with the most expensive selection, the so called "premium" wash, my car was full of water spots & even worse, it still had bird shit & God only knows what else caked on when I was finished?! Come on Jetz, get it together!

This car wash needs to get upgraded. Got the $7 wash. I put in a $10 bill. Didn't get my $3 change back. Receipt didn't print. The wash was mediocre. I called them about the problem, but no reply. So I gave up. They can keep the $3 & receive an honest bad review from me. I recommend going to a newer car wash.

A decent car wash - a little expensive... but their no-touch pressure wash system did a great job. I got the "Supreme Wash" at $15 & was satisfied! Only four stars because the best wash I've ever had is Jilly's Car Wash on N. Port Washington, just N/O Hampton. I needed a quick Wash while I was in Jetz neighborhood.

do not buy their monthly pass. Been a member for a year and half now. this place is dirty and the neighbor is suspect too. their washes dont wash that well and it will leave soap on it. their washers are down and non-operating more than working. Most of the times it's down to 1 wash port. It's every bad during the cold weather season. they will shut the place down for days. i have seen it been down for 10 days straight.

This place is a joke !! they charge $7 dollars for a basic wash which didn’t even get my car fully clean!! Then they charge $1 dollar for the vacuum cleaner... however, the suction does not work and they do not check their equipment to make sure that it’s functioning, I tried to post a video of how weak the suction is on the vacuum cleaner but it’s not allowing me to post it.

So I purchased the monthly car wash pass at this location since is the closest to my house and is a touch less car wash so I was very exited to find myself driving to hales corner or Muskego to use their car wash instead because the one on Main Street is most time out of order and when it’s (“operating”) it does not work well because it’s always out of soap or cleaning solution because it never cleans my vehicle ! I’ve called and complained to the point I canceled my monthly pass and no one seems to care and when you go inside and ask for a second wash , they look at you like you’re at fault! So please avoid wasting your time and money at this location! I attached a picture of my truck after a wash yesterday and this is a vehicle that I try to wash every day so it had street grime from driving the last couple of rainy days!

This place is terrible. Always non-working. Has not been operating for over two weeks now. terrible customer service communication as they will not provide an update on when it will be back up or anything. Do you buy their monthly pass. it's a total ripoff

I got the $12 premium wash and I am impressed for being a no touch car wash turned out better the those touch washes. I will be back again. I drive a Sierra pick up 1500 it was tight getting in but had no issues with the wash. The rinse was lots of water and great pressure but left some leftover suds.

I am extremely disappointed with Jets Car Wash. I signed up for their $40 a month membership, expecting a thorough and reliable car wash service. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Today alone, they failed to complete my car wash twice. Both times, my car was left covered in soap, and I was instructed to move forward without even rinsing or drying my vehicle. This is unacceptable and not what I paid for. The whole point of having a membership is to receive consistent and high-quality service, but Jets Car Wash has consistently failed to meet these expectations. I will be canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place if you care about getting your car properly cleaned.
